“I bought my first Subaru during the mid-pandemic period, and unfortunately it was a pretty terrible experience—especially with the sky-high pricing at the time. When it came time to purchase my second Subaru, I visited Fremont Subaru last year right before Christmas, and they delivered an A+ experience. I was able to walk in, test-drive the car I wanted with no pressure, and was asked no more than three questions. They even let me drive the car on my own for about 15 minutes around the area. The price matched what I saw online, and they were willing to lower it on their own to earn my business. The entire process took less than two hours, and I even had time to stop by Costco next door to finish my grocery shopping afterward. This summer, I purchased my third Subaru—again from Fremont Subaru—and received the same excellent, no-pressure experience. No aggressive sales tactics, no pushing me toward a car I didn’t want—just straightforward and respectful service. I’ve also had my Subaru serviced here twice, most recently last month. All services so far have been complimentary. For the first service, they came to my office to pick up the car. The second time, I brought it in myself, and they offered a free shuttle service so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. The entire service experience has been smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant. I have to say, coming back to my “baby Subaru” and seeing it washed and looking brand new again was really impressive—I truly love the way they take care of my car. The complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee in the dealership are also a great bonus. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond.
