Jaylen at Radley Cadillac helped me with a great deal on a vehicle for my business a week ago. I test drove a few days prior and both in store experiences at Radley were excellent. They take care of each customer from the moment you walk in. I even received a follow up text from Jaylen to make sure I was happy a week later. There was a small issue with wire transfer timing but Jaylen worked with us to get it resolved. Thank you!

Great experience! I bought my first corvette from Jaylen. They had clean and the tank filled! I got all the way back to SC and realized I forgot my dashcam in my trade in and they are shipping it back to me! Highly recommend!

I live in Myrtle Beach SC. Was driving to VA to see family. I noticed my temperature gauge not registering anything. Called Radley and asked for service. Ryan got on the phone with me and told me what was wrong and assured me I could keep driving and to bring the car in when I got up there. They took the car in and fixed it no problem. This was thanksgiving weekend. Not only that Ryan said there is a recall on the car and they fixed that. Then Ryan told me my radiator had a slight leak but was okay to drive it. Ryan told me when I get back to Myrtle Beach to call Cadillac down there and have it fixed. Well when I got home to SC called Myrtle Beach Cadillac and they gave me a hard time. Would have to wait till some time in January. I was going back to VA for Xmas and wanted it taken care of. Myrtle Beach Cadillac said they couldn't fit me in . And it would be two appointments to fix. Called Ryan and he told me the car will be able to drive up for Xmas and to bring it in the day after Xmas and they fixed my car and insisted I take a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait there. It was a big job and it took a long time. Ryan and crew fixed me up and I was back on the road. Thank you Radley Cadillac and the team for doing an exceptional job. When I go to buy another car. I will drive up to Radley to get it. Ryan in service is an asset to your company thanks again. Remember this was during Thanksgiving and Xmas when most are too busy to be bothered. Radley was great. Thank you

I absolutely loved working with Penny. She was very knowledgeable, She educated me on the different models and the different options available on the Cadillac. We were able to narrow down my needs and desires, and then she was able to locate the car that I was looking for. My test drive was very easy to schedule and she was very accommodating. I believe that she worked hard to get me the deal that I wanted and I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking to purchase from Radley Cadillac.

TLDR: Be very careful to review any documentation prepared by this dealership. I found many things incorrect on what was shown to me artificially decreasing the price of the car I was trying to trade in. The Story: I went in to test drive a 2018 Lexus LC500, hoping to trade in my Lotus Evora. Everything went well until they priced my Evora with some software and it came in significantly lower than the actual value. Upon closer examination there were multiple items that were just blatantly incorrect. The mileage was increased, the dealership added 1500 miles, they said I only have 1 key, I had already told them I had 2, they said my car was gold, its clearly not gold (picture attached for reference), claimed a paint chip was a dent, etc. Importantly each of the listed items reduced the price of the trade in by $400‐$1000. Now most of these are not big issues in themselves. Easy fixes. However, when I spoke to the manager about them I was told that "its only a $400 difference." This is true. I'm looking to buy a $65,000 car, $400 will not change whether I will buy the car or not. However, there was a total of about $3,000 incorrect price reduction. This is creeping towards a value that does matter. But even that amount I could move past. What really pushed me to not want to give them my business is that during my conversation with the manager, I was also told that "this is how we do business," which is what I found most concerning since there are really only two options for the incorrect entries. 1. Lack of attention to detail or 2. Apathy. Either way, if I'm going to write a $65,000 check I expect a degree of professionalism and attention to detail that I did not find here. The final nail in the coffin was that while I was talking with the manager there was no admission of mistake, no apology for the mix up, only defensiveness and justification. So after a final conversation with the sales associate I decided not to purchase the LC500 from this dealership due to the way they operate.
