“I am extremely disappointed with this experience. When I purchased my car, I also purchased a maintenance package, which is why I booked my service appointment online under that package. At no point before the work was done was I informed that there would be an additional charge—certainly not over $1,000. After the service was completed, I was suddenly told I had to pay this amount. I was never given a quote, never asked to approve the cost, and never told the work would not be covered under my maintenance package. Now I’m being told that because I booked the appointment online, that somehow means I “gave consent” to these charges. That is completely unacceptable. Consent requires transparency. You cannot perform expensive work without discussing pricing and then expect customers to pay afterward. This feels misleading and dishonest, and it has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. I would strongly caution others to get everything in writing before allowing any service here.”

“Great dealer. My husband just bought a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. We started with the sales rep Anna. Super friendly, patient, and accommodating to our needs. The process started all on line then by phone. Then at the dealer with worked with Dan the financial guy Super friendly and works for the buyer's needs with the support of his Manager to get you the best APR or loan plan. Very clear and straight forward on how the process works and what's going to be best. Overall and super fabulous experience. My recommendation would be call to speak to Anna if you need a friendly and kind voice to inquire and then work with Dan to get your best loan offer.”

“Well…I came here last year 2022 talk about the good service the manager John offered me with all the issues I was having with my Mitsubishi outlander 2019. Now I come back to say “DONT EVER TRUST YOUR CAR ON THEM” if the management is AJ! If you are a women, stay away from this manager. He don’t respect women and think we are idiots! I trusted him with 1200$ of maintenance to be done on my car to get the car in ruins! After not even a month after the maintenance my car was having problem. I called and tried to get my car over to the shop to see what’s going on because I need my car to work. In the meantime AJ was super rude, disrespectful and absolutely ridiculous in the phone. I had to sell my car because of poor maintenance and poor customer service! My car was falling apart and I lost more than 5.000 by having my car not working for over 9 days+the maintenance I am still paying because I don’t ever want to have to talk with that rude man ever again! It’s a disrespect that I have to go through so much and not have my money back! I’m disappointed and very frustrated. I talked with other people and non of them were any help, giving the excuse I sold my car so they can’t “go back and check for the errors”. Do not trust them, after John not being the manager anymore, things went down! Don’t bring your car if you don’t want to loose it or if you are a women, they think we are dumb!”

“Just got home with our beautiful "new" Chrysler 300C. Our sales experience was first-rate. Our salesman, Cobey Lowe was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Also very funny, a great way to do business. Same for Dave who completed the sale. This is the 3rd time over many years we've bought from RennKirby and we will no doubt do business with them again.”
