“Would have bought the car yesterday (2023 Mitsubishi Mirage). They didn’t want to come down to a reasonable price ($400 down from offer was all we wanted). They were so greedy and intent on getting me to finance through their lenders we had to walk away. They turned down thousands in cash just to have their way. Sad to see. The mirage has been sitting for 2 months and I hope it sits for another 6. People don’t learn except through experience smh. Wouldn’t recommend! Not willing to negotiate on a budget economy car that’s been discontinued and isn’t even a make most people are checking for. The finance manager was awful. Hope this dealership stays empty. Let’s live in reality here people! (I’ve attached photos of all the issues with the car—mechanically seemed fine but wasn’t pristine)”

Just when we thought we should move on to another dealer, only because we couldn’t find what we wanted, she thought of other options. “This was my first time buying a car at the age of 20 as a college student, and I have to say I had such a pleasant experience. Normally I negotiate for my dad, and I have to connect to multiple dealerships in Florida in order to “get the perfect car at a perfect price”. I had called Renn Kirby Mitsubishi on Monday afternoon inquiring about a Tesla Model S, and Brendan the sales rep picked up. I had said I wanted it at a certain out the door price, and I was shocked when he called me 20 minutes later accepting the offer, and not even haggling me over a certain price. I almost accepted my own offer when I realized a one way flight from Tampa to Baltimore was $300, and an uber from Baltimore Airport to the dealership was $80. I had asked Brendan to please cover some of those charges, and was even more shocked when him, and the leadership team said they will cover it. I left Tampa Airport Wednesday Morning at 9 Am, got to the dealership by 3:30 PM, and was on my way out to crossing 6 states by 5:30 PM. Dan Frappollo, Brendan, and Dustin are all rockstars, and I will definitely buy a car from them again. ( I just wish the last thing was that I got dark tint because Florida heat in a fishbowl is no joke, but I understood from Brendan that Maryland laws don’t allow it, but it is coming soon:))”
