“We met Dwain back in August 2025. We told him that we were looking for a 2026 Honda CRV. He gave us the numbers. Due to some personal things, we had to delay the purchase of a new car. We reached out to him in February. Throughout the months, he never spammed us or pressured us into buying. He really cared! So when I reached back out telling him we were ready, we started negotiating. I will admit, we did go to a different Honda and get numbers and do our due diligence, both places wanted our business but Dwain really showed that he cared, gave us a bigger discount, and explained the whole process well to us. Another thing we noticed is that the manager was super nice and not pushy at all. Whereas the other Honda we went to was!!
