“We met Dwain back in August 2025. We told him that we were looking for a 2026 Honda CRV. He gave us the numbers. Due to some personal things, we had to delay the purchase of a new car. We reached out to him in February. Throughout the months, he never spammed us or pressured us into buying. He really cared! So when I reached back out telling him we were ready, we started negotiating. I will admit, we did go to a different Honda and get numbers and do our due diligence, both places wanted our business but Dwain really showed that he cared, gave us a bigger discount, and explained the whole process well to us. Another thing we noticed is that the manager was super nice and not pushy at all. Whereas the other Honda we went to was!! My brother is really happy with his purchase and truly blessed to have had Dwain as our salesperson! If you are looking to buy, please connect with him!! 10/10”

“Had a great experience buying a new car with Kathryn & her manager Wesley. Although we couldn't get the car on the first night, their manager helped approve a deal so we came in the following morning and drove home with our new car. They are kind and easy to work with and the signing process was very quick. Not stressful or pushy at all. Would recommend working with Wesley/Kathryn to buy a new car. Great coffee and snacks too :)”

“After shopping around at several dealerships, I found the car I wanted in stock at Ourisman Honda of Frederick. I scheduled an online appointment and met with Kathryn Bitter, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Management quickly gave me the price I wanted without any waiting. There were no mind games, no back-and-forth hassle, and zero pressure. I love their single-point sales contact policy. You never even have to speak with a business manager.
Overall, this was the smoothest, fastest, and least stressful car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely return when our family is in the market for another Honda, and I highly recommend working with Kathryn and Ourisman Honda of Frederick.”

“I’ve worked with Justin Breeden many times over the years between Honda and Mercedes, and he provides top tier service. From doing all the paperwork online and not having to wait in a dealership, to Justin delivering my dads car to our house, I couldn’t ask for a better experience (however Justin always goes above and beyond so I’m not surprised).
