“I was referred to Mike Power at Planet Chrysler Jeep in Franklin, MA by a personal friend who had a fantastic experience with him—and now I can say I completely understand why. From the moment I met Mike, he was personable, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every feature of the Jeep Wrangler 4xe, many of which I didn’t even know existed. Mike is a true expert, and he made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the process. What really set Mike apart was how much I genuinely felt he was advocating for my best interests. The pricing and negotiation process—which can be stressful elsewhere—was smooth, fair, and transparent. “Extremely disappointed with the service department. I brought my truck in for a camshaft job due to a failing lifter and was told it would take three days. It was over a month when I got the truck back. The cp3 plate cover was loose to point of falling off and missing a gasket causing 3 quarts of oil leaking down the front of the motor under the truck and a huge puddle in my driveway. Communication has been terrible throughout. I constantly had to chase updates, and when I did get someone on the phone, I was fed vague excuses like “we hit a snag” or “it’s in the installation process.” At one point, they broke a tool and had to wait for a replacement. Then, unbelievably, they dropped a lifter into the oil pan, causing even more delays. Photos of my truck during service showed tools scattered everywhere, parts laying all over, greasy fingerprints all over a one-year-old vehicle. Parts laying on my leather bed cover and one side of my truck is completely deep clear coat scratches I knew they weren’t there before I brought it. The front fender on the top has an area of deep scratches that look horrible. When I raised concerns, they said it would be sent to reconditioning which clearly did nothing. All they did was wash the truck. They consistently overpromised and underdelivered. I was told “end of the week” multiple times, and it never happened. It’s obvious they lack attention to detail, care, and integrity. This was my first and last time trusting this dealership with my vehicle. If you value your time, your money, and your vehicle, I recommend you go anywhere else.”

Got to meet Harvey the Internet Salesman (what a funny guy) ! The sales Manager Dan came out to talk with us, also a great guy. And Josh wrapped it all up for us in the Finance office.
