“A complete scam, never seen anything like it in my life. Called about a car listed for $61k. Asked if they would take a little less. No we cant discount this one. Ok, I will take it at full price, I like the car. OK great, we will have the finance manager call you back and get the paperwork. 2 hours pass no call. Called back, asked for finance. They are not available. Ok, I will pay cash for the car, dont need finance, rates are high anyway. Send me the paperwork. Ok we will send it. No paperwork. Called again. I did not receive paperwork. Well sir, actually this car is not available to pay cash. Only finance. Ok fine. Ill finance it. (planning to just pay it off in few weeks.) Ok great we will send you the docs. Docs never come. Call back again. This time ask for the boss. Boss says, actually we cant sell at 61k. That is the asking price but there are some additional fees and taxes etc. (it is advertised on their website as well as Auto Trader, Cars.com, everywhere for $61k) Ok, but your website says the price you see is the price you pay. He says, correct. I said, ok give me the real price out the door. He says, well we are into the car over $69k, so it would have to be over that amount. But I can check and give you a call back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CON-MEN. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE”

“I called about an Audi that was on their dealership lot for 180 days! I asked if the price was negotiable and the receptionist said yes if you come into our dealership. Well, I was completely lied to. When I arrived the salesman would not negotiate.Then I applied for a loan, they did not disclose the loan rate or the dealership costs. This dealership in a total scam operation. The team at Luxury Motor club are unprofessional. Don't waste your time here find a car from a reputable transparent dealership there are many to choose from.”

“The car I purchased is awesome after 6 months no issues. It was a very reasonable price as well. The only critique I have is that the sales person and the finance managers should definitely put time aside for customers coming from out of state. I had to go 2 times because I called in the morning the first time and told them I was coming to buy the car and I showed up and no one spoke to us for almost 2 hours while we sat at a desk. Most people would have left and gone elsewhere. I drove a total of 12 hours round trip to get this vehicle. For clients purchasing high end cars and any car for that matter, they should be taken care of and scheduled correctly.”
