“I came in over the weekend to have 2 headlights fixed on the driver side of my car. Only 1 was properly fixed. I was already uneasy that the bumper had to be removed to have the lights replaced. I decided to replace the passenger side light, replaced, although it worked, just to ensure an unlikelyness of having it go out too and I'd have to do this whole thing all over again. Unfortunately the second bulb didn't get switched out and we couldn't tell because my car was facing the sunlight and it looked like it was working when I checked. But when I use my remote to unlock the doors, the light's that aluminate, is still out. I am so so so disappointed. I just think every bulb should have been checked before the bumper was reassembled. Now I can't get the service manager on the phone, and I live 45 minutes away. I use this Ford Dealership's service department because I purchased my car from here and I am a loyal customer. 🙄”

“Great experience with the service department. I responded to a mailer for one of the works oil change packages. The promotional price is fantastic, almost too good to be true. I was somewhat expecting an upsell, extra charges, etc. What I saw instead was an extremely professional service department that was prompt, did a quality job, and even investigated another minor concern at no cost. Great experience all the way around as my washer fluid was fully topped off and the tires were rotated and aired up to the exact specification. The end of job report was well done and the sales technician / representative, Michael Sherwood, was very friendly and straightforward. I look forward to continued business on the service side and will definitely consider this dealership for our family’s next vehicle purchase”
