“I came here to buy a car for my father three months ago. During three days, I visited multiple dealerships to find him a used Lexus RX350 so that I could return to my home country in time (he immigrated to the U.S., but I did not). The car purchase process was very quick.
Now, coming back to the U.S. for a visit, I heard from him that he is very satisfied with the quality of the car and the excellent service here. He mentioned that a week after getting the car, the battery had trouble starting—possibly due to the old battery and cold weather. However, when he contacted the dealership, they replaced it for free.
I was impressed by John Robert’s enthusiasm and friendliness during the consultation, even though my father and I are not fluent in English. My first car-buying experience in the U.S. was amazing with such a high-class dealership.”
