“The guy who took care of me was super nice but I had to return 3 times within 2 or 3 weeks with complaints of the same problem with my alignment and break pads & rotors. Was told they must’ve missed something after the second time returning. Eventually the problem came back and I just lost trust in going back. Just had an auto shop do an inspection and do work on my car and it’s been amazing ever since. Not ideal that the dealership couldn’t get it fixed after 3 visits. Lot of money down the drain for me that I wish I could get back.”
