“Wow! Of all the vehicles I've purchased in my 62 years, this has been the best experience ever! I stopped by to check out the Colorados. Supply was tight, but the 1 they had on the lot was exactly what I was looking for. I left and came back the next evening with my wife for a drive. Left not knowing if we could agree on a deal. Received a call first thing next morning with an offer I couldn't turn down. The deal was done and I was off the lot in about an hour. Dan Jenkins was outstanding as my salesman - no pressure and very easy to work with. I'll update after my first service visit.”

“The collision center is worst than horrible. My car was all dirty, they had to jump it, it had the tape still on, and the worst it had the check engine light on. I guess after a month+ and more than 7k wasn't enough for them. I had to spend more money & time to fix it. I learned my lesson, but be aware of their business.”

“My car was towed to Bruce Lowrie last Tuesday. NOV 22.. My Service advisor was Marty Dever, who was professional. The services I paid forr: new battery, and an upgraded oil change service that Marty recommended. Here are my issues with my service after picking up my vehicle on Nov 23rd. 1. My tire pressure sensor light is on. Part of my service was tire rotation. I would have thought this service included checking the air pressure and adding air air as needed. Two of my tires are registering 22 and 26 PSI respectively. 2. My oil was supposedly changed. However my CHANGE ENGINE OIL LIGHT came on today, Sunday Nov 27th. My oil level is low. 3. I requested a new battery becasue ny battery was old and leaking acid. It appears A NEW battery WAS INSTALLED. But the posts have acid on them still. I am wondering why the posts weren't cleaned. I am so frustrated with businesses not providing or rendering the accurate, thorough and quality services that are paid for. I work entirely to hard for my money. And to receive this level of service after paying is questionable. This is my first time here. I expected better outcomes with a dealer. But to my dismay, I was probably better off taking my vehicle elsewhere. Also I mentioned that my car may have been leakking antifreeze or something because I had to have it towed to Bruce Lowrie as the engine lightand message said car was over heating. . After speaking with Marty he advised me that this sort of leak wasn't found and none of the messages couldn't be trusted because of the faulty battery. Of course I was excited because of no leak and no lights. Today.. Sunday. the car overheated. Engine message came back on and car slowed down. My car is being towed back. I am leaving this review because my first experience was not pleasant and frustrating. I was excited to take my car to a reputable dealer based in Google reviews. But the service received is questionable. And I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of care and quality service provided. I hope this review helps someone. If better service is received. I will updated my review.”

“Your staff is exceptional, They kept me informed of the process & it was very easy. I will tell you that when I picked up my truck on Saturday it was beautiful inside & out. I lost my husband & 3 family members to Covid between Jan & March of 2021. When I arrived home I realized that my truck had been detailed inside & outside. It has made my Christmas a brighter one! “BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE with “Marty” Took my 202 Silverado 2500 in for service do to a check engine light on , took about 1 week for the truck to get looked at then I received a call from Marty stating the truck was good to go , as soon as I hop in the truck the light is I still on … I told Marty and he suggested I leave it one more day to get looked at again . Picked it up two days later after he called and stated truck was good to go . Left service center drove the truck maybe 4 miles and we are back to square one. Bruce lowrie charged $700+ for warranty . I paid 175 out of pocket for a sensor cleaning to be truck less now for 2+ weeks because They do not have a loaner. Moral of the story don’t get Marti . I made calls requesting to speak to a manager and they denied I am out of town and was sending a friend to take the truck in other wise I would’ve been there in person. These people don’t care about your time”
