“Purchased a vehicle through them, car had 26k miles posted online, showed up car had 28k miles their reason was "owner drove it", after the transaction is done they said second key is probably in the box in the back, and the title man would show up with it when he arrives to do paperwork, he had no idea about it, he said he would check when he gets back, no news. Ive been working with Paul and notified him couple times that I havent received no mail no email no phone call regarding on where i am suppose to make a payment to, he said he will check on it for 5/6 times with checking for the second key, and for the last time he responded with, you have 45 days to make a payment and there was no deal with a "2nd key" and we are on my 41st day and his response for that was "check the bank paperwork theres number you can call" they only care about their sales and not about their customers credits scores first and last time doing business with them”

“Walked in Friday Jan 2nd with my son to look at vehicles for a teen driver. I was promptly greeted by Justin Gerber who was very kind, professional, and listened to what we were looking for. Justin happened to have the exact car my son was looking for. After a test drive and a little negotiation, we shook hands and started the paperwork. All of the cars at Preferred were nice, clean, come with lifetime car washes, and 1st oil change is free. The Leonard Family has built a great business, and with the expansion of the back lot, will carry 400+ vehicles at a given time. This was my first purchase from Preferred, but it will not be my last. “Have previously bought cars through Preferred with satisfactory results. I was in on 10/18 looking to purchase again. Unsure of what and when the business model has changed since my last purchase.
