“Just bought a new Grand Cherokee from O’daniels Jeep dealership in Fort Wayne. Had to drive two hours to get the vehicle I wanted. After some negotiating we both compromised a bit and we made the transaction. I got a great car and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Tyler and the team for their efforts and continued support.”

“Would give a 0 star if I could. We took our Durango to them for a diagnosis on a specific engine part, not only did they continue working beyond that point after agreeing to stop at that point (as verified by 3 employees) they also billed me for that and never even offered a refund. We were ok with not getting a refund if they fixed what they damaged and got dirty. On top of that, we told them to just stop as we were several hours into not having a diagnosis and load to the parts in the vehicle. They did, right on my leather seats, they never bothered to fold them down. They even got grease on my ceiling with no offer to clean it. As the vehicle had a engine issue, we trailered it to them, unloaded it by driving it off the trailer. They were a day late taking it into the shop because the battery went dead. They said they do not Jumpstart, but they would push it. My fiance went in and offered to Jumpstart it right before closing time and they declined after he was already there. Now, being a dealership with trained professionals, they should've known to use the manual neutral release to move a dead vehicle with a push button start. NO. When we drove it off the trailer, we had 0 problems with the transmission, zero problems with the neutral release lever. When picking it up, the manual neutral release lever was broken and it now throws codes for it. My $1000 bill was not worth it. Their excuse was that we had them stop diagnosing it too soon. After all that, I do not think we could have trusted them to continue. To add to the mess they had bent the upper intake manifold brackets to access the LH valve cover to remove it rather than just loosen the two M8 studs that held them on. We spoke with the service manager to inform of the issues and were told they followed their procedures, so we asked for a copy of them when we saw the windshield wipers were even removed to diagnose the engine part. Why? We were told he could contact us the following day, 2 weeks later we emailed him and he basically told us it was not their problem. No one could prove they damaged it while it was with them, and he said we couldn't prove it wasn't damaged to start with. Great service right. So now I am out $1000 (BY THE WAY, no one must have wanted my payment, I spent 35 minutes on the phone and 4 phone calls to them to pay the bill over the phone knowing I wouldn't be the one picking it up the next day). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. EDIT: WE are to the point of the vehicle and motor being reassembled and now know Odaniels also broke my glove box. We were unaware of that prior and yes, they removed the glove box to work on the motor. The glove box was not broken when we dropped it off.”

“What a great team of people. From the moment I walked in to the signing of the deal. My sales guy Jeff spent the time going over the technology panel of my vehicle and explained all the tricks and navigation. Definitely will be a repeat customer!”

“Buying a Jeep from the right dealership really matters — and I’m so glad I found O’Daniel’s. I recently purchased a used 2017 Jeep from this location, and I intentionally waited a few weeks to write this review so I could share from experience. I can honestly say I’m loving every moment of it.
When I first came in, I had just left another dealership where the service was disappointing. As someone recently separated, I was looking for a fresh start — something that felt good for both me and my daughter (who absolutely loves Jeeps). The team here didn’t just show me the vehicle I came in for — they went above and beyond and helped me find the Jeep that truly felt like mine. No pressure, just genuine options and thoughtful service.
The process was quick, smooth, and honestly refreshing. You can tell they care — both about their customers and the vehicles they sell. My Jeep has already made a trip from New York to Wyoming and handled it beautifully. I highly recommend O’Daniel’s to anyone in the area looking for a vehicle and a dealership that stands behind their work with integrity.
Side note: Still waiting on my first duck and I know my daughter will be so excited ✨”
