“Bought a used Audi A4 last year from here and I thought the customer service was fine. My one complaint is the dealership refused to take out the Stargard BS from the total. I came here to buy a car so why are you making me pay extra for something I didnt even ask for in the first place.. I spoke with the manager at the time but that was no help either as apparently theres no choice but to pay for it. Next time I have to pay for Stargard, just know I will be walking away next time no matter how much I like the car.”

“This will be long due to me rarely writing reviews.
I purchased a new Audi S5 in August of 2025. I am writing this as of February 4th 2026 with less than 6,000 miles on the car. I have been in and out of this dealership due to service issues when it comes to the car. So much so that I had to contact Lemon Law.
Do not be fooled by the reassurance of the service manager and sales manager of them “trying their best” to do anything for you. Once the car is sold, they do not care what so ever about helping you out. I had to contact Audi USA myself after the 2nd issue with the engine just to get half a cheque from them due to driving a loaner longer than I owned the car.
I picked up the car about a week ago as of today’s date and immediately turned it on and the engine light was still active and had to turn the car right back around to get it serviced again. The “managers” will do nothing for you and in fact I had to come and take time out of my business hours in order to watch them email me the reports because they want to sit around and talk to staff.
Horrendous time at this dealership and it’s a shame that nothing could have been done to resolve the issue of this nightmare. All photos shared are just the ones that I have saved. There were more times than I can remember where I just saw the lights come on, shrugged it off and left it alone.
Hope this review helps, and avoid this place like the plague.”

“Our growing family purchased an Audi, hoping it would be a safe and reliable vehicle for years to come. Unfortunately, we have had a miserable ownership. Experience in the car has never function properly since day one. We’ve brought the vehicle in for maintenance and repairs most recently working with Sebastian, who assured us that all the problems would be fixed upon pick up which none of the problems were resolved in the car is having even more issues than before.
I’ve tried contacting the service manager, who I ultimately spoke with once and was supposed to get back to me the next day. It’s now been several weeks with no response and I’ve tried several times to get in contact via phone call and text message leaving voicemails with no response. More recently, I have escalated to the general manager, leaving voicemails numerous times again with no response.
I’m really not sure why I am being ignored by everybody at this dealership I’ve been patiently waiting for a response and resolution and we are now eight months pregnant with our second baby and can’t use our vehicle that doesn’t have basic functionality and is unsafe, especially for young children.
I will never again be part of the Audi family and will avoid this brand going forward. It’s understandable that big pieces of machinery and technology sometimes have issues which can be an annoyance but when the Brand fails to even respond and take this matter seriously it shows that all they care about is their bottom line.”

“One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!
I found a car I loved out of state, and within 24 hours of my first contact with the dealership, I was driving it home. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Everything was handled over the phone, and they even arranged transportation for me. When I arrived, my salesman Paris was waiting at the door--ready to go!
Greg, the sales manager, made sure the entire experience was clear and hassle-free, just as I had asked. He went above and beyond, shopping around for the best financing rates without causing unnecessary hits to my credit--something I truly appreciated given my past experience with identity theft. They were incredibly respectful and supportive of my need to be cautious with personal information.
Nicholas, the finance manager, took his time to explain everything in detail. He didn't push unnecessary add-ons but instead recommended only what was useful, which I found very refreshing.
Everyone I interacted with--both over the phone and in person--was professional, helpful, and kind. The dealership is also conveniently located, which made things even easier.
