Our growing family purchased an Audi, hoping it would be a safe and reliable vehicle for years to come. Unfortunately, we have had a miserable ownership. Experience in the car has never function properly since day one. We’ve brought the vehicle in for maintenance and repairs most recently working with Sebastian, who assured us that all the problems would be fixed upon pick up which none of the problems were resolved in the car is having even more issues than before. I’ve tried contacting the service manager, who I ultimately spoke with once and was supposed to get back to me the next day. It’s now been several weeks with no response and I’ve tried several times to get in contact via phone call and text message leaving voicemails with no response. More recently, I have escalated to the general manager, leaving voicemails numerous times again with no response. I’m really not sure why I am being ignored by everybody at this dealership I’ve been patiently waiting for a response and resolution and we are now eight months pregnant with our second baby and can’t use our vehicle that doesn’t have basic functionality and is unsafe, especially for young children. I will never again be part of the Audi family and will avoid this brand going forward. It’s understandable that big pieces of machinery and technology sometimes have issues which can be an annoyance but when the Brand fails to even respond and take this matter seriously it shows that all they care about is their bottom line.

This was, without question, one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had, and the credit goes to Rafat Muatafa (Raf) at Audi Fort Washington. I purchased a 2025 Audi Q7 55 Quattro after seeing it online and flying in from out of state. What truly set Rafat apart was his extraordinary commitment: He personally followed up on the day of my arrival He answered my questions after business hours, the night before my flight - He ensured every detail was handled smoothly, calmly, and transparently. Rafat’s hospitality was exemplary, and the entire process felt thoughtful and refined—exactly what you expect when purchasing a premium vehicle like an Audi. This experience clearly shows that Audi Fort Washington invests in top-tier talent, and Rafat is a standout example of that investment paying off. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! I found a car I loved out of state, and within 24 hours of my first contact with the dealership, I was driving it home. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Everything was handled over the phone, and they even arranged transportation for me. When I arrived, my salesman Paris was waiting at the door--ready to go! Greg, the sales manager, made sure the entire experience was clear and hassle-free, just as I had asked. He went above and beyond, shopping around for the best financing rates without causing unnecessary hits to my credit--something I truly appreciated given my past experience with identity theft. They were incredibly respectful and supportive of my need to be cautious with personal information. Nicholas, the finance manager, took his time to explain everything in detail. He didn't push unnecessary add-ons but instead recommended only what was useful, which I found very refreshing. Everyone I interacted with--both over the phone and in person--was professional, helpful, and kind. The dealership is also conveniently located, which made things even easier. Highly recommend!

I went to Audi back in April looking at EV options to get out of my current situation (negative equity). Unfortunately due to the amount I had, the numbers didn’t make sense- fast forward to July, I get a text from Yaw, saying he had new deals roll out the day before and saved my info to let me know! We picked up the car that night. Yaw was quick, able to work the numbers without us being there- made the test drive quick and painless and the signing took about an hour. As parents of 3 kids, this was KEY! I love my new Q6 and Yaw has a customer for life. Good business is built on relationships, I have never had a car salesman reach back out to me after months. I am impressed.
