“Stay away from this company. I am writing in the strongest possible terms regarding the unauthorized release and disappearance of the Range Rover I purchased from Jaguar Land Rover Treasure Coast on September 10, 2025, through sales representative John Reum, for which I paid $85,891. Your dealership owed me a clear duty of care to safeguard the vehicle until properly and verifiably released. Instead, you negligently handed over the vehicle without my written authorization, without verifying the identity of the party who collected it, and without any signed release documentation. This conduct constitutes gross negligence and a fundamental breach of industry-standard practices. A reasonable and reputable business would never release a vehicle of this value without written consent and identification verification from the purchaser As a result, the vehicle was released to an unauthorized third party, enabling its theft. By failing to verify, your dealership effectively facilitated this theft and is therefore vicariously liable for the resulting loss. To date, your dealership (Jaguar Land Rover Treasure Coast) has also failed to file a police report, despite claiming otherwise. I cannot file such a report myself because the vehicle title remains in your dealership’s name, meaning legal ownership records still point to Jaguar Land Rover Treasure Coast. This makes it solely your responsibility to notify law enforcement of the theft. Land Rover Treasure Coast, is the worst place to buy car, worst customer service, they have refused to reply email and pick up calls. They told us there's no tracker for a 2023 Ranger Rover. Worst experience ever. I am a cancer patient going through this stress this adding, exacerbating my health condition. Stay away”

After reading the reviews I felt trusted with Ameila. I gave her a call and she found me our beautiful Range Rover Sport Autobiography! Since I am out of state.
