Mark worked with me throughout the process and got us to a payment in our budget. He answered texts and phone calls on a daily basis. EJ was our sales rep on site. “Update: went to have some window visors added at the service department. They were nice, in the time frame they said, and price was as quoted. Went here the other day to ask questions as the warrenty on my now former car was running out and I had concerns. I was always a Honda driver before. The thing I have always appreciated about Honda was the low pressure and this dealership was no different. From the sales person, to the finance guy, to the manager, everyone was nice, communicative, low pressure. It was the end of day Tuesday and they were obviously short a finance person but communicated the delay. Other than wishing for something to eat as we were there till 1030pm, it was a great experience and we have no regrets. ALSO beautiful new 2026 Honda Passport. We love her already!”
