He really built my trust right away, and he was very prompt and willing to answer questions and to send photos and videos of the vehicle. The entire multi week process went very smoothly in large part thanks to Astaire’s customer service. Astaire is world class. Audrey in finance was also very lovely to work with. “Hands down best BMW service experience! My BMW’s computer notified me that my car was a quart low. We were in Florida from out of state and didn’t know where to go and found Coggins to be the closest dealer. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by the service manager who checked the oil and confirmed it was a quart low and had my BMW put up on the lift for further inspection. Everything ok. Ordered a quart of oil from Parts and added it to the car. Fifteen minutes total time spent. Total cost…$12. Wow! And what a gorgeous facility! Newly upgraded. A beautiful experience all around. “I walked into the BMW store with ZERO intention of buying anything — I didn’t even know what series I wanted or much about BMWs in general. Luckily, I was greeted by Kai, who spent several hours patiently walking me through all the different BMW models, features, and what makes each series unique.
