“Recently had to bring my Land Cruiser in for routine service and was happily surprised with the treatment received by the staff. All the employees that I encountered were cheerful, polite and extremely helpful. Lenny Cruz, my service advisor took excellent care of me a keeping me informed of the findings and progress of my vehicle. I was in and out in a very short period of time. I will definitely be returning for future service of my Toyota product.”

“My husband and I have been doing our services here which we both own a 2022 RAV4 and a 2022 Tacoma. Jonathan Ross Pretty awesome service advisor very honest and will tell you the truth and will not try to upsell you if you don’t need it. Jonathan called me every time if I needed something or to let me know if my vehicles was done. The communication was very excellent. The only complaint that I will say dropping off your vehicle’s expect to have multiple sales calls even when you get out of your vehicle there are trying to get down your throat to give you the value of your vehicle kind of makes people uncomfortable FYI. “I did not plan on visiting Ben Smith Toyota, but I was contacted by a salesman named Mike who assured me they could help buy out my current vehicle and get me into a new one. I was also told that the dealership was offering up to $4,000 more than CARFAX value for vehicles, which was a major reason I agreed to come in. Based on those assurances, I decided to give them a chance. From the very beginning, I was completely transparent about my situation. I clearly explained that I am upside down on my current car and that my monthly payment is $800. I made sure all of this information was shared upfront so there would be no misunderstandings or wasted time. Once I arrived and repeated the same details to two different salespeople, the tone immediately changed the moment I disclosed how much I owed on my car. The saleslady’s facial expression went from friendly to very serious, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. At that point, I wanted to leave, but I was asked to stay so they could “see what they could do.” Another salesman was brought in, and while he was polite, there was no effort to follow through on what was promised. My car was not praised, evaluated fairly, or discussed in a way that reflected the condition or low mileage. More importantly, the claim that they were offering $4,000 more than CARFAX was never honored or even meaningfully addressed. That promise disappeared the moment the real numbers were on the table. Instead of transparency or solutions, I was quickly told they couldn’t do anything for me. If that was the case, I should have been told before being encouraged to come into the dealership. Bringing a customer in under one set of promises and then refusing to comply with them is misleading and disrespectful of people’s time. This is not the first disappointing experience I’ve had at this dealership. It seems that once a customer is upside down on a loan, the staff immediately looks for reasons to shut the deal down rather than explain options or even be honest from the start. That pattern is extremely frustrating. I left feeling misled, dismissed, and that my time was completely wasted. Transparency should go both ways. If Ben Smith Toyota cannot honor what they advertise or what their salespeople promise over the phone, then they should stop inviting customers in under false expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, professionalism, or respect.I do not recommend doing business with Bev Smith Toyota. They were very direct and showed no real interest in helping customers.I strongly advise against doing business with Bev Smith Toyota. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite being invited in with promises of assistance, the staff was very direct, dismissive, and showed little to no genuine interest in helping me. What was communicated beforehand did not match the reality once I arrived, and I felt misled rather than supported. A dealership should value transparency, honesty, and customer service—none of which I experienced here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bev Smith Toyota to anyone looking for fair and respectful treatment.”

“From start to finish everything and everyone was awesome! Alex and Schneider took care of my twin sister and I, and they got us into identical twin Camrys. Mike, the manager was awesome and so was Rick and finance manager! We were there for 5 and 1/2 hours, until 11:30 p.m. Everyone was super encouraging and helpful. Go see Alex and Schneider the dynamic duo!”
