“What a crazy, great experience! I found the exact vehicle I had been looking for on cars.com, reached out and was contacted by Kelly Floyd. She immediately began working with me by answering my questions and working with the sales manager to help them understand how serious I was about wanting the vehicle.
I flew from TN to FL for this vehicle! Not only because of the vehicle, but because the dealership is an established business and based on their website, is a company who values and helps the community they live and work in.
Once I flew in to Fort Myers, they were awesome and sent someone to pick me up. Back at the dealership, they made me feel like a valued client and the building itself was very nice, clean and a comfortable environment.
After meeting Kelly face to face she took me to look over the car. We took a test drive and there was a light that came on (it wasn’t on when they prepped the car for me). Kelly was wonderful about checking it out and quickly getting the car to the service department. They figured out what happened and put the car at the top of the list to get the switch replaced. Though it took some time Kelly and Paul, the finance manager, were caring and very attentive to me while I waited. Paul and I had a good conversation which helped him understand my needs for financing and adding the items I really wanted included in the purchase (without trying to add things I didn’t need or want). We were able to complete the purchase while the repair was finishing up.
Kelly & I even had a “picnic” at her desk because it was such an unexpected delay. That gave Kelly and I a chance to get to know each other better and made buying the car a genuine, caring experience and not just transactional.
Once everything was finished, Kelly had the Jack, the general manager, come over to meet me and hear my story. He was very appreciative and thankful for the opportunity to earn my business. Gary, the sales manager, came over as well to meet and thank me. We all laughed about what an unusual experience it had been for us all.
I had a great road trip driving the car back to TN and had no problems or concerns. The car was exactly what my family needed and I am so thankful to have met and worked with the team at Subaru of Fort Myers.

“I purchased a vehicle from Roxana on 9/30/25. My younger brother bought a Toyota 4 Runner from here a bit ago and recommended the dealership to me as well. I began emailing Sofie a few days prior and we talked about the vehicle I wanted and the best time to come in. The negotiations were thorough and time consuming as expected however I truly appreciate Roxana’s composure through it all. When numbers were initially presented, I didn’t like them and it was much easier to walk out and just go get my 2nd or 3rd choice but Roxana said “Tell me how you feel”, so I did. Even amongst my closest friends and family I’ve been known to be a bit edgy so to speak, when trying to make a point, negotiating or arguing. This did not phase Roxana at all and I’m just so so thankful for that. Her asking me this question, led to multiple back and forths and we agreed upon a deal finally. Roxana even gave me my favorite snacks (Cheez-Itz). She was very kind, patient, respectful through it all. I work in banking and sales myself and I believe that Roxana has a natural affinity for connecting and personalizing with her clients / which is a major foundational step in gaining approval for sales and negotiations. It’s easy to see her building on this skill over the upcoming years. I had a pre approval through Midflorida Credit Union but the dealership was able to beat my rate at GTE Financial Credit Union based out of Tampa. They helped me get from 9.24% down to 7.74%. A remarkable decrease considering I am having issues with Suncoast Credit Union reporting my last car payment as 30+ days late even though insurance paid the car off the same month it was totaled (August). This was very pleasing as often dealerships may run your credit 3-5 times just to end up being unable to beat the rate. The finance manager was very kind, and patient as he worked on the paperwork while I had to step away from the dealership for a while. He had a bit of an issue with taking no for an answer but I expected that before even going into his office. It’s part of sales and different workplaces have different expectations and as such, different work cultures. He is very good at his job though. All in all I had a wonderful visit and client experience. Roxana is well qualified and I think she’s a great asset to any team she may find herself working on. Make sure you sit with Roxana Martin if you plan on going here to get a vehicle. She is patient, kind and will hear you out on your feelings as well.”

“Fantastic experience purchasing a 2025 Subaru Outback. Kelly was very helpful in getting all our paperwork rolling. She was incredibly pleasant and patient and professional., Hubert facilitated our purchase and was very patient and kind and again, professional. He spent extra time with us setting up systems inside the car for our phones and personal comfort. He programmed the safety features for each of us and did it all with a pleasant spirit and a knowledgeable quickness. Paul handled the finances, and was patient and professional as well. Thanks to the whole Fort Myers team, we are enjoying our lovely new Subaru!”

“We had a great experience at Subaru and left with a beautiful new Outback. The sales team is great (thanks Eddie!) and everyone works well together. We had a not-so-great experience with the Hyundai dealership next door and am happy about that because we ended up at Subaru and everyone there was friendly and easy to deal with. The Outback we got makes it fun to drive again. We got our windows tinted the following week and the service and tint team were also nice. We also had a team member do a virtual appointment to go over all of the technology in the car to get a better handle on its capabilities which was helpful. Would definitely recommend them over anyone else we’ve bought from before.”

“Kelly Floyd is who I'd seek out for car sales at Ft Myers Subaru. She stuck with me without losing interest through the whole sales process, followed up after the sale, got an appointment quickly to have my front windows tinted and gave me options while my car was in the shop because I needed a car for work as I drive for a living. She followed up after my tint was applied, she followed up with my trailer hitch questions and once again, gave me options while I dropped my car off so I could get my dog to the vet while my trailer hitch is getting installed. I love my new Outback Wilderness. I'd send all of my friends to Kelly if they were looking for new or used vehicles.”
