“We have been searching for a truck for 6 weeks online only. We reached out to Sam Galloway Ford and we have been in contact with Shelly. She sent us a sticker on a few cars, After reaching out to 8 dealers online only. If you only knew how many times I had to text or email a dealer 2 and 3 times to get them to send me a sticker with all the information on the truck and the price. There were times a sales associate from that other dealer would call me back 3 days later and I say well I'm still waiting for the information. I guess they don't feel like online shopper are serious buyers and a women buying a truck is not worth there time. We decided to go see Shelly at Sam Galloway Ford . Shelly told us she had a customer coming in , however we said we were on our way. Morgan greeted us in the showroom and we explained that we were working with Shelly and she pulled up all the trucks we were interested in, off we went for a test drive. Morgan answered all of our questions, Her bright personally made it very easy to talk to and she knew all the answers . Shelly was then available . We sat down with Shelly and continued to negotiate over a vehicle that we liked. Shelly made all the sales awkward negotiating very comfortable with her very easy going personality. She was very professional and knew Ford products very well. We made an offer on the truck and they accepted it. Shelly made buying a truck so easy and we will let all our friends and family know that our experience of shopping online was such a positive and professional experience when you find a Shelly and Morgan

“My initial review was low due to things I found on the vehicle after purchase and they denied me any resolution when I went back to them, it took management getting involved to correct this but with it being resolved I was happy.
Now only 14 days after owning the truck and a power train warranty it completely failed on me and the claim for repair was denied because of improper maintenance by ford.
So they had to buy the truck back. As expected this was a pain in the butt and a huge waste of my time over a couple weeks.
NOT A FAN.”
