“Went in looking at the Mazda 2025 CX 5 My sales associate was Kathleen. She was amazing. Got a upgrade in the vehicle ended up purchasing a carbon edition with all the bells and whistles that my wife wanted to have on her new car a great experience the vehicle had a blemish on the bumper somehow so they gave us a loaner for five days while the paint on the bumper was fixed when I picked it up, you couldn’t tell there was ever anything there Kathleen had a big red bow on the vehicle, freshly detailed, full tank of gas definitely made our purchase even more special. We will go back for another vehicle from Mazda at Fort Myers and we will have Kathleen as our sales associate.”

“BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! These people are crooks. Stay away from this dealership. Here is a recap: Bought used BMW from Mazda of Ft Myers in April, 2025. First red flag was that the offer the presented signed by the sales manager, signed and accepted by me, was later revoked because they said it was a mistake offer and they couldn’t honor it. Afterwards they added bunch of non-sense to the price as some “Mazda protection package” that they said it’s mandatory and already applied, but than it was taken off after I said I am not buying the car if that is mandatory. Then came the finance manager which forced me to finance the vehicle through their lender, even though I wanted to pay cash for it. He added bunch of “warranties” which I asked him to remove and he lied to me regarding those warranties. I had to stay at the dealership until 11:30pm to get everything straightened up, after the dealership closed at 9pm. When I got home I read the fine print on all those “warranties” and protection packages and none of the stuff this guy said was true. It was all lie after lie. Ten months later I am still trying to get refund on the warranties and protection packages that were added to my purchase price with no luck. Called over 20 times, talked to 10 different people and still no refund. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE”

“I came to this dealership with the intention of getting a 2026 cx50 hybrid but after test driving it decided against it. Went home and sat on it for a few days and found my way back looking for Deivid since I had the test drive with him previously.
