Mr. Anthony Haywood was the first person that I came in contact with before entering Cadillac Bayview door. He was willing to assist and even offered me water or coffee ☕️ Secondly, upon intering the waiting area he was cleaning and vacuuming the room. This was my first time ever seeing this. We had great conversation about valentines and our parents growing up and how we had Clean and it had to be exceptional....He was very warm and pleasant it made me feel like I was valued. He was patient and genuine.... What a beautiful spirit...

I had an exceptional experience at Ed Morse Cadillac, and I can’t say enough good things about Jose Diaz. From start to finish, Jose delivered phenomenal service. His attention to detail, professionalism, and follow-up were truly on point. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I ended up in a vehicle I genuinely wanted—a 2014 Mercedes E550—not just something to make a sale. Jose didn’t do it alone, though. The used car manager, Charles, was equally outstanding. He worked with transparency, efficiency, and respect, and ultimately got me to the exact number I needed in order to move forward with the purchase. The teamwork between Jose and Charles made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. This was a top-tier buying experience, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I have negotiated 4 vehicle purchases in past 30 days for the girls in my extended family. Going back to a luxury spot utility, at the right Out the Door, super competitive rate & none of the unnecessary upsells was a win. Most importantly, she loves her new ride. I highly recommend seeing Mark and his team to see what your next lawn ornament will be. They drive amazing too!

From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with friendly, professional service and made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. He consistently checked in to see if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable while my vehicle was being serviced, which really stood out to me. His attention to detail and genuine care for the customer experience makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciate that the dealership offers complimentary Wi-Fi and a small workstation with a printer available if needed. It made waiting much more convenient and productive. Between the comfortable environment and Anthony’s top-tier customer service, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had.
