I’m updating my original review because the post-sale experience at Markley Motors has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased this truck at night and couldn't see the damage, but after my free 'detailing' job, that was essentially a poor rinse-off, I found small dents all over the tailgate and evidence of what looks like body repairs/buffing on the side and front bumper.
On December 16th, the shop acknowledged the damage and told me they were ordering parts. It has been 21 days since then, and I haven't heard a single word from the repair shop. I get that there were holidays, but this should be a priority for someone. To make matters worse, the electronics are failing. The stereo and blinker audio have cut out completely on numerous occasions, and the GPS has failed multiple times - once while I was on my way to pick up a client in Denver. Pretty awkward having to use my phone for directions, then drive an hour plus without any background music.
While my salesperson, Justin, has been great about following up, it’s clear he’s the only one who actually cares. The service department and anyone else in management that should be working hard to resolve this have completely ghosted me. I didn't spend $70,000 to be treated like a number. What began as a pretty solid car buying experience has since turned into the worst of my life. It’s very disappointing.
Stay away from Markley if you expect any support after the check clears.

I recently wrecked my truck and was looking for a replacement. I contacted Justin at Markley GMC and am super happy I did. He came and picked me up at my house that night, stayed late with his boss Luis and helped me find the perfect truck to replace mine.
Justin had the next day off, but came in anyway to help complete the deal. It was his first sale, so I gave him a pretty hard time, but he did a great job handling my BS. Luis was great as well and put me in my place when I pushed Justin a bit too far. All in all, it was a great experience and I got an awesome truck at a fantastic price.
I would definitely recommend Markley, specifically the GMC side. Go see Justin and Luis. They will hook it up!”

“I took my truck to Markley Motors for a brake vacuum pump recall. When I got the truck back, the check engine light was on—something that was not an issue when I dropped it off.
From there, communication was extremely poor. For six weeks, I was left waiting with no clear answers. I called weekly and was repeatedly told they would have a “team meeting on Thursday” and would follow up with an update. They never called.
It wasn’t until six weeks later, after I called four times, that I was finally told my truck supposedly needed a new motor. No proactive communication, no urgency, and no accountability for the condition the truck was returned in.
If you value transparency, timely updates, and basic customer service, I would not recommend this shop. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable.”

“Chris did a great job of keeping me informed about my repair work. I also spoke with Blake and he gave me some important information about possible future repair work. Great service is why I bought my car from Markley. I have purchased two cars from Markley and have used the service department for 20 years.”

All the sales team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Service was great too! We had some add ons and they went smoothly. “Love our spanking brand new Buick Enclave. It’s like a spaceship with wonderful bells and whistles. Marina was stellar with her listening and anticipatory questions when trying to assess our needs in priority order. She confirmed our needs and repeated them back to confirm her understanding of US! After the sale, Marina followed-up several times to be sure we were satisfied and to assure us that we can call her forever with questions. A lost skill. We highly appreciated the excellent service and speed of all the sales and service personnel at Markley Buick. We thank them.”
