“I am extremely dissatisfied with the fraudulent sales tactics and poor vehicle quality at Pacific Auto Center. I was pressured by Jesus (Sales) and Adrian (Manager) into a deal based on false pretenses and misrepresentation. The Issues: • Deceptive Add-ons: I was told ETCH and 3M protection were mandatory because they were "already installed," which I later found is false. • Safety & Damage: Despite being told the car had no issues, it has multiple cracks in the glass roof, a persistent tire pressure sensor fault, a clicking passenger door, and condensation in the taillight. • Predatory Financing: The finance rep rushed me through documents, failing to disclose that I was supposedly waiving my right to return the car. • Poor Service: They forced me to sign contracts before I even saw or test-drove the vehicle. When I pointed out the roof cracks upon delivery, I was told to "take it as is" because it "wasn't a safety issue." I am currently seeking a full rescission of the contract. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership. They prioritize profit over safety and honesty.”

There was no pressure to purchase, but more comfort in our choice which made our entire experience here memorable and have reverence for them. Their vehicles have great competitive pricing, there are an over load of car options here, & the staff here makes the whole experience even better. Steve was very helpful as well! Very grateful he was a great help on contributing to us feeling right in locking in our purchase! His consideration to make our purchase financially feasible is what sealed the deal for us signing the paperwork and being overjoyed on our decision. Based on merit, all these gentlemen contributed to a lovely car buying experience from all of the details I mentioned & I cannot wait to continue keep spreading the love and recommending this car dealership to more friends and family because here At Pacific Auto Center they make you feel like family.
