“Took my car in for service 9am this morning, was supposed to receive a text message when ready, never received a text message or a phone call. Finally after hours of waiting, I called after 3pm and was told oh yea it’s been ready, ok? I never got a text? Was told I “opted out of text messages” which is a lie, I always get the service vides sent to me, even so if hours passed no one could pick up the phone and call since it’s close to closing time? Anyways I get there vehicles good, I didn’t realize until I got home because I was in a hurry to get home the condition they left my car! I mean my car wasn’t spotless but it sure was not covered in mud and dirt with scratches! I haven’t even had this car for 1 year and barely has 5k miles, I’m actually disgusted my car was returned to me like this. I hope someone reaches out to me because someone’s needing to detail my car and it ain’t me!****UPDATE 10/11 after speaking to the service manager Mike I took my car back this morning at 11am and had my car “detailed” … got most of the mud and dirt off my car but not all of it, i was so over this whole ordeal plus mike was no where to be found when i went to pick up my vehicle I just left, luckily no permanent scratches, but not one single person or even the manager apologized to me for allowing someone to return to my car in this condition to me. I won’t be returning to this location due to poor management and careless lazy service staff, I will gladly drive to Montclair or Redlands or Riverside for service!”
