I recently had a fantastic experience at the Chevrolet Dealership in Folsom, CA, and I couldn't be more pleased. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who truly made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, which set a positive tone for my visit. The selection of vehicles was impressive, with a wide range of models and trims all 2026 available. I fell in Love with new 2026 Chevy Traverse LT. and the sales team was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the features and options. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle for me and my family. The battery in my one year-old Corvette died. I had taken it into Roseville Chevrolet about four months ago and the battery was dead on their service drive. They said it was fine. It wasn’t. Bailey, my service advisor, told me they would check the battery and replace it if necessary. It did test bad and they put a new battery in. I am very happy with Folsom Chevrolet, and not so much with Roseville Chevrolet.

Jay is the best! He wouldn’t let me leave without getting exactly what I wanted, I even doubted myself that I could have my dream car & he made it happen. I work late and drive over an hr away. He stayed longer just so I was taken care of. Great team. Great online communication. You can’t go wrong! 💙
