“I brought my car in for a Check engine diagnostic test was done and issue fixed cheaper than quoted. I had taken my car to another GM dealership 10 days prior that didn't fix the issue but turned the check engine light out like it was fixed only for it to come back on 2 miles away. I brought it back letting them know I had another appointment that was previously set with Johnny Londoff but they had an opening sooner. “These people were supposed to do an oil change but I left and all lights came on, I took it back up there and they claim an animal chewed threw the wires but today ( months later)I see where they cut the wire then wanted to charge me 3000 to fix it!!!! It’s a clean cut no animal did that!!! Teo other mechanics said it look like a clean cut too….. I’m contacting a lawyer cause they tried to play stupid with me when I did tell them they messed up my car…….. no one has ever worked on my car or even popped my hood or kept my car so I know it was them….”
