“Let me tell ya. What a great experience. Above & Beyond is understatement, and professionalism is mediocre compaired to honesty & personalism. I dont know why I did not stop by sooner.
All of the staff are respectful, humble, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, even the finance dept. I decided to give them 5 stars instead of 4 all because of Sales Rep MR. TED 🫡. He's not only full of wisdom, but he's that dude. 💯
Also S/O to Dan, and The finance agent
Thank you all at Open Road 🤗 I love my XT6 Premium luxury 🔥”

“I had a great car-buying experience with the team at Open Road Cadillac. From the moment I walked in, the team was extremely professional and made the entire process easy and stress-free. There was no back-and-forth or pressure—everything was handled efficiently and transparently.
Brandon approached me almost immediately upon entering the dealership and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. Al the sales manager was also great to work with, he was accommodating, strait forward and open to work with me to meet my budget.
When it came time for pickup, the experience was just as seamless. The car was ready, the paperwork was already completed, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was a first-class experience, and I would highly recommend Open Road Cadillac to anyone looking for a straightforward and professional car-buying process.”

“Ben at the Cadillac dealership was amazing to work with. He was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. There were no games, no pressure, just clear communication and honesty from start to finish.
He worked hard to make the deal smooth and seamless, and I truly appreciated how simple he made everything. I’m already looking forward to working with him again when this lease is up. If you’re in the market for a Cadillac, Ben is the person you want to see!”

“This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a service department & the worst quality vehicle I’ve ever owned. This is not a luxury experience. Not only is the car of poor quality, constantly needing to get the same things fixed over & over, but the people managing service appointments are careless (e.g., giving a pick up window & then not picking up for hours after, showing no concern for how that impacts your schedule) & the tech is condescending & appears bothered to have to do his job, which he apparently can’t do well considering the significant problems (e.g., tail light constantly going out & entire dash, including speedometer, regularly blacking out) have continued since I fist started my lease about 1.5 years ago. I leased an $82,000 car expecting superior customer service compared to when I owned a Subaru, Honda, & Kia, but have instead gotten far worse. The vehicle itself has also been the most problematic I’ve ever owned, even compared to my college days when I had cheap cars that were over a decade old. This place is absolutely nuts. IDK if all Cadillac & GM dealers are this disgustingly incompetent & inconsiderate, but I will never again buy or lease anything from them after this experience. To note, I filed a lawsuit against Cadillac for this & they cut me a check that pays for about 1/4 of my lease as compensation. The only reason I didn’t fight for them to take back the car & refund all I’ve paid is because it likely would’ve taken until the end of my lease to do all that, so it just didn’t make sense. If I had been stupid enough to actually buy this car from these people, I would’ve definitely made them take it back. Save yourself the headache & stay far away from this place.”

“I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum from Open Road Cadillac less than two months ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I expected when buying a premium vehicle.
During the sales process, I specifically asked multiple times about the age and condition of the tires. I was assured they had a safe tread depth of 8/32” and that Cadillac upholds strict safety standards for all vehicles sold, whether new or used. However, after driving fewer than 700 miles, I noticed significant tire issues — including excessive sidewall wear, tread delamination, and tread depth measuring under 4/32”. This level of wear is unacceptable for a recently purchased vehicle and contradicts what I was told.
While I did receive a discount, I still paid over $85,000. At that price point, I expected much better quality control — including new or properly vetted tires.
Additionally, the vehicle was delivered with only one key. I believe two keys and a manual should be standard with any dealership purchase. It took extensive negotiation just to receive a second key at dealer cost out of my own pocket, which added to my frustration.
Because of these issues, I’ve chosen to replace the tires and handle all future maintenance elsewhere. I’m disappointed with how things were handled and urge anyone considering a purchase from Open Road Cadillac to be very thorough and take my experience into consideration when spending their hard earned money.”
