“Absolutely worst customer service! Completely unprofessional and rude. Sold me a vehicle that they said was in a minor accident. Vehicle is now falling apart and they won’t make things right. Buyer beware should be their slogan! Your customer service is horrible! Your manger accused me of lying and was completely argumentative towards me. Your service advisor refused to give me a simple email address! You refuse to address your own repairs. You say minor accident when it clearly was involved in something more serious. And your one sided statement says everything that needs to be said about you Dealership.”

I bought a vehicle under warranty and the check engine light came on shortly after purchasing. The work done was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced from a mechanics shop. They failed to fix a problem I brought to their attention before they even performed the work and held my vehicle for over a week and couldn’t fix the problem. Then they sent it to another dealer during that time that also couldn’t fix the issue I was having. After the dealer warranty ran out they said sorry but your warranty is up there is nothing we can do for you. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, save yourself the trouble if you’re considering.”
