“I am not one to leave a review but I recently purchased a vehicle from here and the sales consultant Tony(Anthony)was the best. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and he for sure made the experience great! I had no issues and he was very helpful answering my questions and helping me get the car that I wanted. They also gave me a good price for my trade! Finance was great as well. Will definitely come back in the future.”

“Jason and Dave were excellent. Extremely responsive to questions in the buying process, down to earth, and felt very trust worthy. The best car buying experience we have ever had! We are very appreciative that Dave drove our vehicle to us for delivery. It felt like a VIP experience.”

“I would not recommend the service department to anyone. My 2020 terrain with 66k miles broke down on Saturday afternoon and left me stranded. I paid for tow to this service department, and rented a vehicle in the meantime. I was charged $195 for diagnosis, and told the part needed a fuel pump module was not currently available. Kelsey also told me they had no ETA for the part directly through GM. Since the lead time for the part appeared lengthy, I asked about a loaner vehicle so I could save money on rental vehicle fees. This is the only vehicle I have. I need it daily for work, kids etc. I was told I would be 16th on the list and that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before a loaner was available. So now I am panicked, and start looking for this fuel pump module on my own. After a few days while I'm looking and calling around to different places, and come to find out this part is more readily available than what I was lead to believe. The GM dealer I eneded finding this part at told me that at the GM dealer in Grant County Kentucky has this part in stock. So I still purchased this part from them and UPS shipped it to Jeff Wyler to expedite the repair of my vehicle. This was on a Friday, and by Monday when they got the part they got the work done that same day, no issues. My main issue is 3 things. 1 - I had to find the part myself. 2- The non available part issue was not my fault. Between Jeff Wyler and General Motors, I feel like I should have been provided a vehicle in the meantime. This repair total cost me around $1300, and $830 of it was for a rental car. So roughly this little $100 part cost me $1300 bucks!! That's ridiculous!! And Jeff Wyler did not care about my situation AT ALL!! 3 - Communication was a terrible experience for me. I was the one constantly reaching out to find out what was going on with the status of my vehicle.”

“Great purchase experience from beginning to end! We got a great vehicle, at a fair price, and our salesperson, Justin Griffith was so friendly and helpful. Our interactions with the Sales Manager (Chad) & Finance Manager (Sean) were great too, and everyone seemed focused on making this a smooth, painless process.”
