“The Merceds Benz in Asheville was the best automobile service I have ever experienced. Russel was extremely profession and very easy to work with. He adjusted my change in appointments due to weather and we now have The Asheville location has our home for all service for our 2024 AWD 170WB Sprinter. The dealership was amazing with complimentary lunch and very comfortable waiting area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone with a Mercedes. Jose conducted all services on our van and was very knowledgeable and very honest. I thought I needed an alignment and Jose tested van and came and told me my van was good. Any other dealership would have done an alignment just to take my money . Jose sat down with me and gave me essential advice that I should do on my van. Advice the dealership in Knoxville, where I bought it at, didn’t tell me anything. He took a lot of his own time to answer questions and suggest product I would need to keep van running for all my future adventures. If more mechanics were like Jose the van business would be off the charts. I am so greatful I chose to try the Asheville location. Thank you so much for the 5 Star treatment.”

He took the time to go over different options and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The entire car-buying process was easy and stress-free thanks to his approach. He even included a little Mercedes teddy bear which I thought was a nice gesture! Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend working with him!”
