“The Merceds Benz in Asheville was the best automobile service I have ever experienced. Russel was extremely profession and very easy to work with. He adjusted my change in appointments due to weather and we now have The Asheville location has our home for all service for our 2024 AWD 170WB Sprinter. Jose conducted all services on our van and was very knowledgeable and very honest. I thought I needed an alignment and Jose tested van and came and told me my van was good. Any other dealership would have done an alignment just to take my money . Jose sat down with me and gave me essential advice that I should do on my van. Advice the dealership in Knoxville, where I bought it at, didn’t tell me anything. He took a lot of his own time to answer questions and suggest product I would need to keep van running for all my future adventures.
