“Fabulous experience, from beginning to finish.
Called to check the availability of my vehicle and got through immediately. Not only was it out and in presentable condition when I showed up (with little notice to the dealership from me), but they were immediately ready to take me for a spin in it before talking numbers.
Sean was so patient with my test drive; I hadn’t driven around Fife in years, and the traffic with all the construction can be a bit intimidating. Sean helped guide me on a proper, stress-free routing as to get a feel for the vehicles capabilities.
I was very up front with Sean regarding the numbers I was working with, and I was very clear about my realistic expectations, fully knowing that this may or may not work, and any fault would be on me for not being prepared. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable, keeping me well fed, hydrated, caffeinated and over all comfortable through the entire experience.
Sean and Chris were so kind, and willing to work with me on getting to a deal that we could all be happy with. I was pretty firm on numbers I was comfortable with and thankfully we were able to make something work.
Even if we wouldn’t have struck I deal, I would have walked out pleased with the job Sean and Chris did and would have been willing to come back when I was better prepared. Let me

Jessica in finance was brilliant, constantly crunching different numbers for different packages to make sure I could stay on-goal, and still leave with peace of mind knowing my car was safe and cared for. She made what is generally a tedious process fun, light, and educational.
Cherry on top Chris made sure the car was in pristine condition before I left, and Sean was kind enough to make sure I got to keep my custom license plate frames from my trade-in.
Definitely keep Larson Cadillac in mind, whether you are looking for a Cadillac or any other pre-owned vehicle, their customer service and care are top notch! 10/10, 5 stars, two thumbs up!!”

“Came here once to get my car serviced, actually had a decent experience at that time, so was disappointed that the following happened.
I needed an oil change and brakes for my Cadillac and wanted to bring my car back here. Since November (at the time of writing this review, it is late December), I have called the service department no less than a dozen times. They have never once answered the phone. I have left voicemails for about half of those calls, which have not been returned.
I've tried contacting the dealership by submitting a form on their website. No answer. I tried going through the sales department (interesting that THEY actually answer the phone). The gentleman there took down my information and was going to pass it over to service to reach out to me. Never happened. It is apparently impossible to reach the service department.
I guess my money isn't good here. Don't worry, I won't be contacting your business again -- which is a shame because I'm also in the market for a new Cadillac. I'll go to Bellevue instead.”

“This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with in my 47 years of buying cars. I don’t think they had an employee that had been there more than 14 days including the sales manager. They’re asking for things that they have no right to ask for, like credit reports when you’re paying cash, so if you’re in the process of buying a house and absolutely can’t have a credit report run, don’t go here, and I think the worst part is you buy a $200,000 car and then you have to drive to the nearest convenience store to put gas in it because they’re too cheap to fill up your tank.”

“Everyone in the sales department was extremely kind and welcoming. We came in to look at the Lyriq and left feeling like we had red carpet experience. I hope they get the vehicle in-stock that we are looking for soon!”
