I always have great experience with the Service Employees, especially the front desk team. The ladies have great customer service, they keep you informed of your vehicle service status and communicate well. Marjorie my car service technician is also great in sharing the diagnostic details and great with the service tasks. My vehicle goes home cleaner as they offer free car wash service-icing on the cake!! Thank you Service team and keep serving with Excellence!

First buy at this dealership and had an outstanding experience. Steve was great in finding the model I wanted ahead of my schedule visit. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I drove back home that night on my new Seltos. Highly recommended.

If I could give this company 0stars I would! I recommended this dealership in good faith that they would sell my mom a good reliable car, but instead it was everything but that! She had a very disappointing experience with this Kia dealership. When she purchased her car, she was clearly told that all charges would be covered if the vehicle did not pass inspection, because she lives in PA and not to mention it took almost 6months for her to even receive her tags. Now that this Kia is under new management, as they say and everyone has been fire the new manager is suddenly claiming they “can’t honor” what she was promised. That is unacceptable. A dealership should stand behind the agreements made to customers, regardless of management changes. This feels extremely dishonest and misleading. If they were not going to honor that promise, they should have been upfront about it before selling her the car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, transparency, or integrity. Buyers beware!!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I had rear brake pads changed here in April on a 2020 KIA Telluride. First brake pad change needed in the 50,000 miles and two years that we owned the car. That was 10,000 miles ago. Travelled up to NY where we hit freezing temps for the first time since the brake change, and on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere with my family, the passenger EPB seized and stopped working. Could not move the vehicle- 25 degrees, 6 inches of snow on the ground and more coming, 5PM on the Friday after Thanksgiving, with my wife and two daughters. Thankfully I was able to find service and get a ($200) tow to a local shop that was willing to look at the car on Monday (so we rented a car to come home to DE, and will have to return to NY once the car is fixed). Turns out, the actuator and EPB motor housing are both cracked and were pried on at some point (…hmmm, wonder when that happened?) So I attempted to call the service department here twice, couldn’t get to a human, so I took my lunch break and went and visited the service manager. His response? “If you had brought it to my shop I could help you out, but I’m not going to do a thing about a car that’s in a shop in another state.” Offered to order the part at his cost and give me a free oil change after I asked repeatedly and pressed him for options. Unbelievable lack of accountability and lack of integrity, and just a complete unwillingness to help another human out. Don’t trust this place with your car for the sake of you and your family-they will let you down.

I never write reviews or give feedback but I have to SHOUT OUT Joey Sivak at Holly Kia in Felton DE. He has been nothing but a freaking BOSS when it came to finding the right vehicle for me bc I am PICKY and want specific features and certain colors. Joey went above and beyond sending me different cars throughout the days leading up to purchase of my new 2025 K4! The customer service from Joey and everyone else at Holly Kia Felton is outstanding. If you’re looking for a new vehicle I definitely recommend stopping in and chatting with Joey to get you on your way to a new vehicle! Thank you Joey for everything you have done to get me into my new car!! YOU ROCK!!
