“Carlos was so helpful and went above and beyond, they worked with me to get as much done as we could with me at home due to my special needs son and I didn’t have the time to do too much in person. Everyone I worked with was very professional (Carlos, Sales Mgr and Finance Mgr). My only comment for improvement is to have a process put in place if one person is trying to buy a car that another person can’t come and buy it. I was ready to buy another car had my finance application submitted and all, and when I was ready to come to the dealership to get it I was told that a couple that had been looking at the car days prior stopped in and they purchased it. I am however very happy with the car I ended up purchasing.”
