I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM for my vehicle to get a diagnostic read, but the experience was extremely frustrating. They kept my car for well over four hours without calling or giving me any update. I went back up there since I couldn’t believe what was happening. I ended up being there until after 2 PM just trying to get information about my own car. The customer service was very poor. My service advisor had gone to lunch, and the actual technician who worked on my car had to go find someone else to assist me. Meanwhile, everyone seemed more focused on eating and cutting cake than helping customers. Communication and professionalism were seriously lacking. When someone has an appointment that early in the morning, they should at least be kept informed about what’s going on with their vehicle. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be coming back.

I have officially bought a vehicle from 6 different dealerships in fayetteville in my time here, and I can say I have not ever had a genuinely good experience at one UNTIL I met Mr. BOB THOMAS. I reached out over their website to inquire about a particular vehicle just to get a basic idea of what I would be looking at and Bob reached out to me. We discussed over the phone what I was looking for, the budget I needed to be within, my trade in, and the fact that I have an extremely busy schedule so if I was to get this car id have to be in n out with a quickness. He worked quickly and worked with me to get everything in order before I ever got to the dealership for pick up so it was a fast process. Come the day of getting the vehicle he met me at the office, went over the car, and between him and the finance manager I was in n out of there In an hour. Trade in done, new car on the road. They do an amazing job over there and I am beyond satisfied with how well bob took care of me. When the time comes for me to get back into a truck ill 100% be going back to ask for him 💪🏿 thank you again Bob for the only good sales experience ive had in this town.

OMG!! I’ve been in the Fayetteville area over a decade and never really been to PW Chevy. I wanted to grab a new cover for my truck prior to leaving on vacation and stopped by to get it installed. Prior to arrival I spoke with Christine in parts over the phone and she was the most amazing human-being both on the phone and in person. Both Christine and the gentlemen ( whose name slips my mind) next to her helped me tremendously. I consider myself to be quite the savvy shopper, especially when it comes to my vehicles, however I felt at ease and was very impressed with their knowledge base and attentiveness to not only myself but others who came in behind me.i even spoke with three of the gentlemen in sales about the Silverado EV stating that if I got anything new that would be it. There was no pressure to do anything and that alone speaks volumes to the culture PW Chevy has created. The folks in service and ladies I cashed out with were all great examples of a well built, family organization that prides itself on ensuring not just quality vehicles but also service that should be standard in all industries worldwide. I thank you all dearly and appreciate being treated as if you’ve known me for years! Oh, and the cover looks great as well, lol!

I’ve tried to continue using this dealership because I’ve always had great experiences with the sales team. Unfortunately, the service department has been disappointing. When bringing a vehicle in for service, it should be the mechanic’s responsibility to reset any systems or maintenance indicators related to the work performed. After my last few oil changes, I had to reset the system myself. Most recently, I brought my 2025 truck in for a brake issue. I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty, but I agreed to pay to have it fixed. The drop-off process and ride home were handled well. However, when I returned to pick up my truck, the brake system still had not been reset. I received the call saying my truck was ready, only to arrive and find out it still wasn’t properly completed, leaving me sitting and waiting again. It feels like they’re quick to say something isn’t covered and take payment, but not as quick to make sure the job is fully done. This experience has seriously hurt my trust in the service department. It may be my last time coming here, and it has made me reconsider future Chevy purchases elsewhere — and I buy plenty of vehicles.

Salesman Bobby was patient and answered all the questions we had. There was no rush and we were able to look at every vehicle we wanted to. We even took a few days to make a decision and wasn’t bombarded during the process. Buying process was easy and straightforward. Everything was explained thoroughly and was able to leave soon after paperwork was completed. Definitely a stress-free experience for myself that hadn’t purchased a vehicle in a while!
