“Shoutout to James Moses for helping me and my wife out getting a new car. He was very respectful, honest, and caring when speaking to the both of us. Even had great words of wisdom as well. This brother went above and beyond to help us and we couldn’t be more grateful.”

“UNETHICAL CROOKS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP! Called to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. Scheduled a time to test drive the very next day due to living a few hours away. When I get there the price on the buyers order was 2000 more than what it was listed for online. When I questioned them they treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about because they had already changed the price online while we were there. He knew where I wanted to be on my payment and saw that he had room to increase the price and still keep me where I needed to be instead of giving me the actual price that was advertised. I brought this up to the GM TIM ROUSSO and told him I had proof the price was changed and he said the sales manager RASHEED did nothing wrong. I asked him if he was condoning these UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES and he proceeded to tell me I BETTER WATCH WHAT I SAY! THEN ASKED ME WHERE I WORKED... SOUNDS LIKE A THREAT TO ME! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN!”

“I bought my 2013 Jeep Laredo from the Kia department back in November. In late August this year, the engine cooling line and thermostat went out. Being that I only had it for 9 months, I decide to have it towed to Kia’s service department which is Acura. The manager “Mike” informed me that they changed out engine cooling line Friday and it was running hot so it might be the thermostat, both together cost $1,600 and if it still runs hot I might need a new radiator. The weekend past and Mike called me on Monday to inform me that it was still running hot so I needed to replace my radiator which would be an addition $1,600 bringing the total to $3,200. At this point I’m livid, I asked Mike how does that come up to $1,600. He told me the job would be no less than 5hrs, they would have vacuum the HVAC to get the radiator out and the radiator cost $400. I research all weekend the cost of radiators and not one came up to $400. I then informed “Mike” to park my vehicle outside and I’ll be there the next week when I get paid. I had to borrow money from family to rent me a car for a week and I purchased a radiator for $100 online. Once I got paid, I went in to pay for the engine cooling line and thermostat job and had my vehicle towed home. A few days later I decided to go outside and start the truck. IVE BEEN DRIVING THE TRUCK FOR A WHOLE MONTH NOW AND NOT ONCE HAVE RAN HOT. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED!!! They literally tried to scam a single father of two children, that’s still mourning the loss of their mother my wife, that’s going to school and have no help from anyone out of $3,200. I don’t even think the thermostat was bad. They tried to take advantage of me and I will be seeking legal counsel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE!”

“Horrible!!!!! Three different trips to this place to see two cars. I was told the cars were on the lot and rushed here over an hour away to get the run around. Today made the third trip and that is it. I called last night to make sure the cars were available once again. I was told they were and that they were looking right at them. I was also told they didn't know why someone told me the cars were not available to be seen. I arrived and 3 different salesmen gave me the run around and told me three different stories. One said they were looking for the key and pulling it around. One said it's getting detailed and tried to talk me in to other vehicles. Another said it was getting serviced and he could call me. I informed him that when I left I wasn't coming back. I was lied to and wasted my time and gas. I will take my dollars elsewhere. I feel like it was a cover up with the vehicles.”
