I brought my Ram 1500 in for an engine light which led to my truck entering limp mode. It took over a week to get a diagnostic. On top of that, they entered my name into their system incorrectly and proceeded to leave it incorrectly spelled (affecting the email address they were sending all of my updates to) for the duration of the service. Long story short the service took over a month and they nickel and dimed me for every potential fix along the way recommending services unrelated to the engine code with confidence. In addition they added 500 miles of test driving and forced regenerations they also charged me for. Come to find out one of their employees was driving my vehicle to their house over night and back to work the next day without my consent. I am currently having issues with the vehicle concerning systems they serviced and I have not heard from them in 2 days. Would not recommend due to: Customer Service Communication Vehicle Expertise Efficiency

The experience buying a vehicle was really great with a few exceptions. They seem to be understaffed and the process was really slow. They did recognize that though and were very apologetic and made every effort to speed things up as much as possible. They were in no way pushy but instead listened to what I wanted, what my budget was and worked with me to get me in a vehicle. Unlike some other "largest" dealers in the state they were willing to work with me and treated me as a person instead of just a sale. I would highly recommend them for a new vehicle purchase.

Stay away!!!!!! Last year my wife an I went in an traded in her 23 charger on a 23 challenger t/a got a ok deal an pretty good service. Then they say hey do you want a new truck to me I say acourse but I owe to much on mine so no they said we got you so "they" picked out a truck for me on what they thought I would like I said ok cause it looked like what I wanted, then they ran my credit with out direct concent. Then it all starts they couldn't find the keys to that one so they say we have this one so went threw with the deal which now we know the worst decision we ever made it was predator tactics!!!! Not long after purchase the ram problems starts door windows not sealed an loose, rims cracking, screen not working,4 wheel drive not working, lots of engine issues, self braking issues, safety concerns, key fob issues. This brand new truck is junk an now the manufacturer says there's nothing wrong cause this bad dealership says there's nothing wrong. The dealership called us liers an threatened to call the law about the loaner we had cause they said we tried to steal it on the basics of no communication which is another lie we have proof! So now we are pissed we go pick the truck drop off the junk dodge product to them a Durango! Service manager with do nothing but tell you your a lier an threaten you!!! Listen to DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!! This is a warning ⚠️ plus everything dodge, ram, jeep is making right now is junk!!!!! My truck has been back 6 times since August of last year I'm warming the rest of you don't buy from here. These dealership like this need thought a huge lesson that will stick forever!!!!

I traded in a vehicle on 2 November 2025. The sales representative Kese did a great job. I was informed 35 days later by USAA that they had bit received payoff on it. I contacted dealership and was told it had been paid. December comes and not paid off, contacted dealership. Had to go back in to resign all paperwork because finance had not deducted the amount of down-payment so loan paperwork has to be done. This was 6 December. I had late payment since it wasn't paid as it should have been. On 19 December I returned to dealership to be told it had been paid off. They gave me copy of FedEx document that was sent to USAA on 17 December 2025. Apparently someone isn't doing their job. This was the 4th vehicle and last vehicle I will purchase there. On 19 January I contacted dealership because I have still not received registration and transfer of plates for new vehicle. I contacted NCDMV and they recommended I file complaint with them and to also contact Attorney General. Very disappointed with Dodge of Fayetteville. Went back to get temporary tags snd said they were going to get plates transferred on 19 January 2026. Today they notified me that I had lapse in insurance because I removed trade in and added new vehicle. Now thanks to the incompetence of Dodge I now have to have my insurance send proof of insurance. Worst experience ever I have ever had. I do not recommend buying there.

Buyers Beware❗️Especially my fellow service members. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Sonata N Line (~31,000 miles) on August 19, 2025. Out of the 12 days I actually had the car in my possession, I only drove it for five days (the other seven I was out of town for military duty). On August 31, 2025, I ended up stranded two hours away on the highway when the car completely failed. The vehicle was towed and has now been sitting in a repair shop for 3–4 weeks awaiting an entire engine replacement. A second opinion confirmed what I already felt: there is no way a car only a year old with 31k miles should be experiencing catastrophic engine failure, nor should it have ever passed inspection and been sold in that condition. ‼️The official diagnostic from the repair center confirmed the engine had an internal failure, cylinder 3 bearing failure, and metal shavings throughout the oil from catastrophic failure. The full repair report states that the engine, turbocharger, and multiple gaskets all had to be replaced. Even after notifying the dealership about the issue, I never received a call or any follow-up. It felt like the dealership’s attitude was, “All we did was sell you the car now it’s your problem, not ours.” That lack of communication and responsibility makes this experience feel shady and untrustworthy. I was told, “You won’t have to worry about a car payment until November,” but what good is that when my car has spent more time in the shop than in my driveway? At this point, I have paid for and signed onto a vehicle I cannot even drive. Buyers beware. Do your homework before purchasing here. While Mamie and Hannah provided great customer service, the dealership sold me a vehicle with a failing engine, something that should have been caught, prevented, or disclosed. Please don’t respond with the generic, “We’re sorry you had a disappointing experience, please contact our manager.” If you want to address this, respond here in this review, where everyone can see your actions. Thanks.
