Definitely recommend this dealership’s selling style of “one price, one person and one hour”. There was no haggling over price or going back and forth with different people for price, finance, add on’s or paperwork. Spencer handled all of it!”

“Avoid this service department. They present themselves as helpful, but nothing they promised was true. My Sprinter repair ended up costing far more than the original quote, every guaranteed deadline was missed, and the work was so poor it failed in under 150 miles. I originally brought the van in for a known EGR issue. A mechanic snapped the remaining piece of my EGR tube in their parking lot, disabling the van before they even began work. They guaranteed the repair would be done by Wednesday. It wasn’t started until I called and prompted them. Then it was delayed to Thursday, then Friday, then Monday—despite their repeated “guarantees.” This forced me to miss a hard deadline and change travel plans at significant cost. When I picked up the van two weeks later, the workmanship was visibly sloppy—gouges on parts, ripped up firewall, no cleaning, and an immediate exhaust smell. After 150 miles, the repair failed. When I returned for warranty service, they blamed a “warped” cast aluminum part (impossible) and refused to honor their warranty unless I paid another $1,100. After inspecting the removed part, I discovered their mechanic had installed bolts that were too short, stripping the threads—their mistake. When I brought this to their attention, they offered no apology, no accountability, and no refund. This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning.”

“I highly recommend MB Farmington, and Talon in Sales specifically, for any busy professional with high expectations. They do not disappoint. Smooth, easy, clear, "on it" are words that come to mind. I interacted with no less than 10 dealerships across more than 6 states looking for the right used vehicle and none of those approached the level or responsiveness and superb service Talon and his team provided for an out of state purchase and pickup experience. No BS add- ons (becoming all too common to see at other dealers adding 2-3 or even 4K in accessories hidden from pricing view) such as gps and laser etching that I didn't want. No huge marked up processing fees. Easy e-sign process. Attractive financing even beat my own credit union rates with minimal fuss. Talon even responding to numerous questions late into his day while I was in busy work travel schedule. This is professional service. I will keep this team in mind in any future purchase even if I am able to buy one closer to me just for the level of easy service. I have very high expectations and rarely am I so thoroughly impressed. Well done and thank you MB Farmington and Talon.”

To tell you how exceptional these folks are —— I found this car online and I live in Western Oregon. I decided to fly out to Salt Lake City to test drive this vehicle and eventually drive it home the same day. Diane picked me up at the airport and two hours later, I was on the road.
