Review, customer service is not what i expected, i am drop off cx at 7:30am,but when i went back early to ask for update at 2pm, no one offer me the waiting area for cx, atleast offer me a drink. Expected my bill will be high, i paid 1,300

What make me dissapointed on the paper its said car wash exterior for complememtary but when i got my truck no car wash has done, the guy handled me call me after when they received feed back give them 1, he explained that on the paper its automatic written that car wash been done, and they just find out that ther car wash machine is not working,, i was like what? You should let your customer know that your car wash machine is not working so, your service for cash
Wash for today will not be done..”

“I have not bought a cars in over ten years so I was hesitant going in and being hard sold the entire time, that was definitely not the case here. Deko Branch was very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable on the cars. He made the process very easy and efficient without hard selling. The entire staff was very friendly throughout the whole process. I was looking for an SUV and the Pathfinder checked all the boxes for me.
I definitely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a new car.”

“We worked with a few people in different departments. Len was amazing when we had our car service and gave us an offer for a trade it. His customer service that day is why we came back. Then we met with Khyree who is the smartest most friendliest sales guy I've dealt with. He did so good. Then Tito came in and closed the deal and was upfront with everything. Chris was also so kind and amazing and explained everything thoroughly! Truly an amazing team at Metro Nissan of Dallas. We will be back because of this!”
