“Came to Toyota performance in search of a 18 Camry XSE, it was windy cloudy and rainy when an awesome but shy Jonibek greeted me outside. After a brief conversation I was in the car for a test ride an knew this was the one. Him & I had a good time & was able to work up a deal. The finance guy “Michael” was hilarious and fun to be around. My Wife and I enjoyed his company & courtesy on working out a deal with us. At one point we shared the same GM with the company I work for currently. Overall a very pleasant experience, which you don’t normally get with car lots. “Overall the experience was very good. Our salesman, Johnathan, was easy to work with. He wasn't pushy which is what we usually fear when walking into a dealership. His main focus was getting a vehicle that we like and fit our needs. The only thing I can think of that would have made the experience better was more accurate info on the front end. Before arriving, we were told they were a member of the costco car buying program and they were not. Also gave me a much larger " trade in " range over the phone. We were really planning on selling our existing vehicle ourselves anyhow, but what they actually offered for our trade in was so low. Somewhat expected, but half of what I was told over the phone. Overall, a good experience and happy with our purchase.”
