“First off let me say going to Performance Honda was the best decision I made as far as getting a new car. I was involved in a minor car accident that was not my fault and it ended up totalling my 2021 Nissan sentra. So I was referred by a family member to go to performance Honda and see Jacqueline Morales . I went and had 4 cars that I was interested in checking out and test driving so I told Jacqueline she had them all pulled up and ready to go after she also stayed a hour and a half after she was off for me to do this. After testing driving I fell in love with the 2019 Honda Accord sport and decided to buy it . “My brother purchased a car from performance Honda a few years ago and had a pleasant experience there and the car he purchased has been a really great car for him so when I was ready to buy a new car I knew that was where I wanted to look. I have also had a wonderful experience. After showing interest in a car on the website Amy reached out to me over text to set up a test drive. I came in to test drive a couple models and everything was simple, organized and effortless. I was greeted at the entrance by Karen who was very kind and directed me to Amy’s desk. My first help with the test drive, credit check, etc was from Shelby she did great and was very quick and in depth. Afterwards they had found me a great initial loan and we filled out paperwork but then they found an even better option with an even lower monthly payment. I can’t remember his name but very laid back guy and knew exactly what he was doing. I even left with a full tank, an on the spot detail and free washes in the future!
