Was not in the market for a VW when we came to their dealership but Luke was a great salesman for their brand. He allowed me to drive the car we came to view and then gave us other options by VW to compare. He was not your typical car salesman and gave me the information I needed, when I wanted it and gave us the space to make our decision. Luke made the car buying experience enjoyable for once.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Fairfield Volkswagen. I will definitely not do it again in the future. My first vehicle was great besides one of their mishaps. I had my oil changed and they didn't put the plug back in properly and all my oil drained out at home. They almost made me blow my motor up. So, I had to come back in and redo my original review. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had with a dealership ever. I had purchased the certified used car and less than 4 days and my auto start in my phone app and key fob would not work. I emailed my dealer Ethan and he suggested I make an appointment with the service department. On the day of my appointment the car wouldn't start I had to research where to hold the fob to get the car to start. Upon arriving at the dealership I found Mark the financial advisor I signed paperwork with. He asked me what was wrong and immediately tried to give me grief because I turned down an extra $399 expense on my loan for fob replacements. I HAD THE CAR LESS THAN A WEEK. Also when the weather warmed up my rotors were grinding and my breaks were popping. I sat at the dealership from 12 to 3:30 to be told they replaced the break pads bc they had aftermarkets on. They also kept saying Volkswagen break pads are horrible and known for making noises. And the key fob issue they "think" was old error codes in the computer that they cleared out. They said to let them know if the issue persists. A week and a half into having my car I get a phone call to sign autodraft paperwork for my monthly car payment. Autodraft was never disclosed to me upon signing my paperwork and I also had my sister with me during this whole process and she can even say autodraft was never mentioned.... He said I could make one auto payment and then call the bank to cancel it. Yeah, so my interest rate can go up at the bank.... I will never purchase from Fairfield Volkswagen again. They did anything they could do to keep me there to purchase their vehicle because I was going to leave to look at a different lot.

My wife and I had a great experience here. We ended up both getting cars! Luke Urling was super helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Volkswagen or something else. (We both got Subarus). Thanks guys!

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I worked with Ray, and he was absolutely fantastic. I purchased my very first Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport, and the team was so helpful through the entire process. If you are considering a Volkswagen, come to the Fairfield location & ask for Ray. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you Steve and team for your patience,understanding and education about Volkswagen. Everyone was kind and friendly I felt like family. I have never owned a Volkswagen, but since this experience I'm all in. Thank you again. I love my Atlas Cross Sport.
