“I am extremely disappointed, not only with this dealership, but with how poorly this experience reflects on the Subaru brand.
After I had already selected a vehicle and was ready to move forward, the salesperson Jerry suddenly disclosed that one of the two vehicle keys was missing. His explanation was that the previous owner might look for it at home. This was after the car had been listed and sold for months.
This raises serious security, compliance, and inventory control concerns. A dealership being unable to account for all keys to a vehicle suggests a lack of basic internal controls and poses potential safety and liability risks. When I asked for clarification, no documentation, timeline, or responsible party was provided — only vague answers and deflection. This is not acceptable at a licensed dealership.
What made this worse was the sales behavior. Initially, I was told there was no pressure and no rush to decide. However, once I hesitated due to the missing key issue, the tone immediately changed, and I was told that “someone else might buy the car tomorrow.” This sudden flip felt misleading and manipulative, especially when combined with unresolved issues affecting vehicle security.
Throughout the process, Jerry’s attitude was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no effort to properly resolve legitimate concerns.
Communication with the dealership overall is deeply troubling. Online communication appears to be handled almost entirely by AI, phone calls frequently go unanswered, and reaching a real person is difficult. If basic sales communication and record-keeping are this unreliable, it raises serious doubts about how service records, repairs, warranty work, or regulatory requirements are handled.
I chose Subaru because of its reputation for integrity, safety, and customer trust. This experience fell far below those standards and has seriously damaged my confidence in this dealership. I strongly encourage Subaru corporate and potential customers to take a close look at these practices.”

“My neighbor who works for busam Subaru in the service dept. recommended going there to get a new Impreza I walked in spoke with Ray he hooked us up with Kyle dirks our salesman. He was fantastic very knowledgeable and on top of it he did not waste time got us out numbers quickly for a car that just came off the truck. Ray was fantastic on getting us the best rate and payment. I appreciate all the help this is my first Subaru and hope to continue purchasing from busam thank you for the awesome experience we greatly appreciate it and will recommend everyone in the market to go see Kyle and Ray!”

“I recently purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, Lahsen made the car-buying process fun, smooth, and stress-free. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and confidence. It truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time.
I also want to give a big shoutout to Tyler, the sales manager, and Jacob, the finance manager. Together, they made this the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. My payments are right within my budget, which means I get to enjoy my amazing new Crosstrek without financial stress.
