The vehicle itself was solid and the purchase ultimately went through, but there was zero flexibility on price, which was disappointing. They initially charged a 3% fee for a debit card payment, which they said was a third-party charge. To their credit, they later realized this was a mistake and refunded the fee, which I do appreciate. Customer support around post-sale prep was minimal. The car didn’t need much, but even a basic detail or some attention to the paint would have gone a long way. The vehicle was clean overall, but the exterior could have used some care. That said, Thomas was genuinely nice and helpful, and I appreciate his professionalism throughout the process. Overall, the transaction worked, but the experience lacked the extra effort and customer-focused touches that make a dealership stand out. I wouldn’t call it terrible—but it also wasn’t particularly good.”

My husband and I were in the market for a new to us reliable family vehicle. I was browsing for 2018 Subaru Foresters and saw the one I wanted via autotrader.com. Before we arrived here we were able to easily access the Carfax on the vehicle. Dell (our salesman) came out to greet us upon getting out of our current vehicle.
