“I would like to discuss the wonderful service I received from Nick while purchasing a MB CLE Cabriolet. I became acquainted with Nick via a phone inquiry looking for a very specific color for a CLE Cabriolet. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He located the car I wanted in less than an hour and had it sent to the dealership the very next day. Nick was very professional and very patient as he described each function of the car and allowed a substantially long test drive. Deciding to purchase the car, Nick started on the paperwork, explaining each item to my satisfaction. While going through the paperwork, he arranged to have the car detailed, filled with gas and adorned with a giant white bow, which very much impressed my wife.
The best part of the experience was Nick going through the financial offer! The offer was straightforward, all inclusive ( no hidden fees or charges) and more than fair. In fact, seldom have I smiled while receiving an offer from a dealership. I can honestly say I had a giant smile on my face as we went through the final price of the car.
I would highly recommend Nick and Mercedes Benz of Fairfield if you want to have a great experience when you buy your next Mercedes Benz.

I was greeted by Melanie Medina, Sales Advisor, who was super friendly, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Melanie took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every detail about the car.
Simon Bayder, General Sales Manager, was also wonderful and provided excellent customer service!

“Purchased a used Toyota from Mercedes Fairfield about a month ago. Wonderful experience start to finish. We drove to see a vehicle they had on lot. They didn't know we were coming. Darion rolled out the "red carpet" for our initial experience there. Gave us all the time we needed for both myself and my wife to take a test drive. The whole dealership was accommodating to us. We had the whole family there, dog included, and it wasn't a problem for them at all. We left wanting to think about it and we did. Called the next day, finished the transaction remotely and they delivered the vehicle (Thanks Darion!) to us a couple of days later. No surprises, just a wonderful experience. They are a no hassle, best price listed dealership, and if you look around you will see that it is true. I have since had follow-up with Simon and it really did just solidify the experience for us. While we purchased a used vehicle from them, I can only assume purchasing a new Mercedes would offer the same experience at a minimum and if they were closer, I'd be checking them out for the service department too. If you are shopping for a car, check them out just for the personal experience. The other dealerships I visited during my purchase quest didn't even come close.”

“Initial checking in was great. Waited more than 20 minutes, just to receive my car back. My car was parked outside by the service drive way and no one approached me to let me know that the car was ready for me. I had to glance over to see if my car is ready. And I saw my car pulled out and seemed like everyone was just chilling, talking and laughing. Some of us has place to get back to such as where a mother who is desperate help of taking care of a newborn and toddler.
Ok, maybe it was kinda close to closing time. Understandable. It s Monday!
Walking back to my car, I did my thorough inspection and found a grease on beige leather seat. I m very concerned about how this dealership is careless for their customer. I do not recommend this service department. My experience from Fletcher Jones was 180 degrees different than this dealer. Disappointed. By the way, I m not sure what you all did to my car but Apple car play is not working anymore. Thanks alot”
