“I had a very good experience buying from this dealership on the 15th of January. Right as my boyfriend and I walked in, we were greeted immediately, even though they were pretty busy. We had called prior to showing up to see if a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe was still available and if we can do a trade in. Once we gave the name of the person we were talking to, we were directed to him. Geo was very nice, attentive, respectful and helpful! My 5 stars definitely go to Geo!!! Not only was he good, but the manager was genuine and helpful as well. I didn't feel pressured at all while finalizing the purchase. Even when there was a small mistake made, they immediately rectified it and explained what happened before we went any further. I appreciate that they were able to make the process and experience quick and easy. Because it took them a while to get my back license plate off, we were there until after closing hours, so I really appreciate them making sure everything was completed before they left. They even told me to come back the next day (which I did) because one of the screws for my back plate was stripped, so they fixed it for me. Hopefully, their current team treats all their customers like this. I do have to say, it’s been troubling getting in touch with the finance department for my paperwork and notice that my trade off was paid with my previous lender that they said would be emailed to me. If it wasn’t for Geo, this rating would be 3 stars.”
