“Updating my experience after completing my purchase. The transaction required careful review on my part, and I initially had concerns about fees and Maryland tax treatment related to my insurance total loss. After further clarification, I realized some of the information I was relying on was incorrect, and the dealership’s explanation was accurate. I did step away to sort everything out, General Manager Maryam Malikyar personally stepped in to make sure the deal was handled properly. She worked with me to address my concerns, adjust the pricing to help offset fee issues, and ensure everything was clearly documented and completed correctly. I also want to recognize Arben Villa, my sales rep, who stayed engaged throughout the process, came in on his day off to finalize the delivery, and personally arranged for cosmetic touch-ups to make sure the vehicle was right. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and effort from the team to work through the details and ultimately make the deal happen.”
