“I was looking for a used Subaru BRZ for my son’s birthday and found a 2016 at ZAG Motors in Everett. It had low mileage and, most importantly, it was completely stock. The price was a little above Kelly's Bluebook, so the first thing I did was read the reviews. Honestly, I thought all the 5-star reviews had to be fake. But I decided to go take a look anyway — and I’m glad I did. I ended up working with Mr. Sam, and he was sincere, honest, and genuinely helpful. He worked with me and got the car down to Bluebook value. After I bought the Subaru, he even followed me to Marysville and drove my car back so my wife didn’t have to — she had just had surgery and couldn’t drive. That meant a lot to us. A couple of weeks later, I received a check in the mail for $333 along with the license plates because they discovered they had overcharged for license fees. They didn’t have to say anything — but they did, and they made it right. I am truly impressed with ZAG Motors and with Mr. Sam. I would feel comfortable sending my own grandma to him — and I wouldn’t say that unless I trusted him. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is not what I expected from a used car dealership. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next family car.”
