“I never write reviews, mostly out of forgetting to do so. But I wanted to give a shout out to Nick Rodriguez at Rodland Toyota. I've been using Rodland Toyota for several years and the customer service has always been wonderful. I probably should have wrote a review sooner with everyone I've worked with. As a female trying to figure out car stuff on her own...it's important to me to feel comfortable and not pressured. For me, it's always a little awkward navigating the whole lease and buying process.
Nick was super friendly and helpful and really put me at ease in this process of ending my lease and transitioning to a new lease or whatever options were going to work best for me. Felt like talking to an old friend and everyone there has been so kind and understanding and fun to work with. I have yet to have a bad experience with the people there. So kudos to you Rodland! It's hard working in customer service sometimes, so I hope Nick and the team there know how much they are appreciated. I've been a long time customer because of their service and I hope this review, if anything, brightens their day a little bit. Thank you!”

“Can’t say enough things about Patrick, Teresa and the whole Rodland Toyota Team. We bought are Sequoia from a national used car chain. It had a handful of small concerns. We took it to Rodland and they took care of all of it under basic warranty. The Dealership is so clean. The waiting room is incredible. Teresa takes such good care of you. You would’ve thought you were at a fancy coffee bar or something lol look forward to doing more business with Rodland Toyota”

“This was my second car purchase at Rodland. The first time I bought a Tacoma, and this time I bought…another Tacoma. I was initially greeted by a friendly employee who immediately got a sales person for me to work with on a possible purchase of a specific Tacoma I had my eye on from researching the website. We had a great brief conversation about our trucks and off-road adventures.
Next, I met Michael, who went straight to work discussing the price with me and options for financing. We eventually got to a price that I felt was fair and reasonable without feeling pressure from him to pay something I didn’t want. Michael has a great approach to making the customer feel comfortable in their decision making; he’s a great addition to the Rodland team!
Darci was the finance manager that helped me finish the paperwork needed to complete the purchase and was very pleasant to work with. She made the finalization very seamless and low stress, which I greatly appreciate because the car buying experience isn’t always easy.
Nicolo helped me with car setup and explained a lot of the features of my new Tacoma. He’s a very knowledgeable individual regarding the off road lifestyle, and I appreciated the pro tips he gave as I too enjoy some dirt trail fun with my truck.
This Rodland visit was a great second time around, and I will surely be recommending them to any of my friends looking for a new/used car in the future!”

“We had a great car buying experience at Rodland Toyota of Everett. We were greeted by Daryl DoCarmo. We were interested in a 2025 4Runner that was advertised on their website. We have owned several 4Runners, so we are informed about the brand and have always been pleased owning one. This transaction would include a trade in of our 2019 4Runner. The trade in price was very fair. Daryl was very friendly and made the process easy. No high pressure but a relaxed experience to achieve what we needed to accomplish. He was very informed about all the specs and features of the 4Runner and spent time going through them with us during the test drive and after.
Once we were ready to handle the financial process we were introduced to Melina to sign documents. Melina was also very informed, professional and made the process easy and seamless.
Once the transaction was complete Daryl once again assisted with the Toyota app and setting up the profile. He assured all the equipment was there and the vehicle was ready for delivery.
I highly recommend Rodland Toyota and Daryl DoCarmo for your vehicle purchase. The best car buying experience we have had 35 years of buying vehicles.”
