“Well, first I want to start with saying I bought a 2013, so I didn't expect perfect. But I also didn't think I was gonna have to sink 1200$ into the truck within one week of owning it. It's been one thing after another, I knew something was shady when I got there and the battery was unplugged. But it made sense when he said they do that so batteries don't die. The truck is exceptional on the outside but the very next day after owning it check engine light for 9 different codes. Fixed all of it but had to spend a lot of money to do so. I did tell then about this and they offered a couple free oil changes. When in reality one of the problems was low oil pressure due to the complete wrong oil filter being put on. If I could go back I would not of bought this truck. I highly suggest people take there business to a bigger dealership for used or new vehicles. They knew something was wrong with this truck and that's why the battery was unplugged. They got me”

“We came to look at a low mileage used subaru they were asking $9k for, which according to the ad didn't have any issues. When we arrived, they had the vehicle already running (first red flag). We look at the car for a few minutes, and I ask to see the car's inspection report from the "3rd party shop" they work with. When she goes inside to get the report printed, I look under the vehicle and see a puddle of oil, oil actively leaking. I run my finger on the bottom of the engine and my finger is covered in dirty oil (second red flag). When she comes back out with the report, the vehicle apparently passed the inspection with flying colors (third red flag). I bring up the oil leak, and "okay" is the response. Then, we take the car for a test drive. First, upon leaving the lot, the engine starts making this awful sound when accelerating (fourth red flag). Then when the car goes to shift, the transmission stutters before finally shifting into gear (fifth red flag). Meanwhile, the passenger door is rattling so much it sounds like it might just fall off while we're driving (sixth red flag). The saleswoman makes no comment on any of this, but is instead making conversation to distract us (seventh red flag). We get back, and I am asked about what I think. Obviously I'm not interested in this beater for $9k. I say as much, and am asked if I want to look at some other vehicles she had in mind for me. Needless to say, we did not. Anyone coming here, please be very skeptical of the quality of cars they are willing to sell. Will not be returning.”

“I went with my best friend to buy a car here because I didn’t want her to get taken advantage of. If you’re ever here, I recommend asking for Kaylyn. She is who helped my best friend from start to finish and then some even after the purchase. I loved how she treated us. I am VERY picky with sales people because usually they only want you to make a purchase. They don’t actually care. But Kaylyn never gave us that vibe at all. She was kind, patient with all my crazy questions, and genuinely considerate trying to really understand what my friend was looking for. There was never any pressure. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and helped guide my friend through vehicles until we found the Toyota that fit her needs and her budget. Even after the sale was complete, her customer service didn’t stop. She remained incredibly responsive over the next few weeks, answering every question quickly and clearly even the really small ones. That kind of care is rare and I would know because again I have unbeatable standards with sales people. She really built a great rapport with us and I recommend Kaylyn 100%.”

“Kayelyn was AMAZING, I was first looking at a different vehicle, and had some strict terms for my loan and she gave me MULTIPLE options, I ended up settling on a 2018 ecoboost mustang. Which was beautiful. She made sure she pointed out a little paint chip in the hood, other wise the car is beautiful, she sent me plenty of photos of many cars and made sure I didn’t need anything else. I made a down payment for them to keep the car. And they kept the car for over a week since I am 3 hours away. The cars they have are all in good condition cosmetic wise and mechanically. Even for them being USED car dealership. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND Kayelyn”
