“I have purchased two cars from this dealership over the past 2-3 years. Overall good experience - nice people, fair negotiations, remodeled facility, etc. My issue is with the charges for our latest service. They are adding on almost $10 in “shop fees”. After asking for details, they stated they add this charge to all standard service (oil change, inspection) for things like fluids, paper floor mats, etc. If they are adding it every time, shouldn’t it be built into the cost? It is a deceitful practice they justify by saying most dealerships do it. That doesn’t make it right.”
